Dear Parents:
We are sending hon1e a Winter Break Activity Packet · designed to
reinforce material already covered in class. This packet will be collected and graded upon return to school on Monday, January 7, 2013. We hope that these activities will encourage family interaction over the winter break. In addition, please review with your child the
alphabet letters and sounds, sight words, family words, numbers 1-20, and sin1ple addition and subtraction problems. If you have access to the internet, we recommend that you visit our school website
http://hialeahgardens.dadeschools.net/ and select the student page. There you will find a variety of links that can support your child's learning. It is important that your child logs in to www.tickettoread.com
daily for at least 30 minutes and practice. Please read to your child
daily. Thank you for your continued support. We wish you and your loved ones a wonderful winter break.
