Preface

About our project was prepared for Investor who interest to invest in school to find

talented to kids or student. In our project, we analyze the project feasibility and evaluations

that how project become successful, get more profit and benefit to investor. It includes with

background, industry profile analysis, marketing feasibility analysis, investment analysis,

operation analysis, organization analysis, financial analysis, risk management analysis, and

summary of the project‟s feasibility to see all of image of Kids Talented Company.

So, we hope this project will make investor contrite to invest with our company and

get profit with us together.

Executive Summary

Nowadays, special talented school is growth continuously and also special talented

necessary things for people who emphasize on find you‟re talented and interest in program

that we prefer. In other hand, numbers of people who consume special talented school are

increasing every year. So, this is the reason why we selected to do kids talented school. Our

company was registered to be the company limited under the name of Kids Talented

Company. The company was established by eight partnerships.

Kids Talented Company is located on 133 Sukhumvit 26 Road, Bangkok, Thailand

10110. We emphasize on the location which is easy to access and quite well know location of

our target market. Kids Talented Company offers the school of talented kids to find there

talented. We will launch promotion in some period of time to promote and advertise our shop

to increase sales. So, we still create new program to be the competitive advantage to compete

with another competitor. About target group, we emphasize on students around 6 to 12 year

old who are our main target market because these group is the most volume who we want to

serve the most. There are 2 main competitors of Kids Talented Company; KPN and

YAMAHA. Those we must compete with them because they have seemed as our product but

they provide a specific type of skills of customers. So, we also have to compete with our

indirect competitors both specific type and not specific type. Although we have any risk in

criteria but Kids Talented business remain showing a good result and high benefit with the

investor and owner especially in term of profit strongly.

Moreover, company invests special talented school by who interest in business for

800,000 baht in 5 years. In financial part, our sale increase every year. It is good news for

other people who might interest to invest in our business and we will be partnership. Finally,

we can make sure that our market share will be increasing every year.

1.1 Background and Significance of the Project

According to 1(Statistic 2551 Bangkok, 2551) Bangkok has the primary student over

246,104 people in only one province that meaning this is the appropriate place to stared the

business with the large target group as the primary student especially with in Sukhumvit26

near Prompong BTS is not far away from Bangkok International Preparatory and Secondary

School2, The Primary School caters for students from 3 to 11 years of age now approaching

650 students and more over 10 primary school3 in Klong-Toey area. So, this is the

opportunity to investment in Kids Talented business that available both of area and

transportation which connecting people surrounding Bangkok.

So, we prefer the Kids talented, tutor school for pupil who is the younger than finding

their talent by themselves, we prefer to providing the complex course in art science including

Martial art, Music, Painting, Drawing, Jugglery and cooking to be the manual choice. The

children going to study and have the opportunity to trying performing in every department for

first course and we strong believe that lead the pupil to considerate what they want to be in

the future and what is the conceal talent in their life. This course is support the confident of

children although they don‟t want to be the artist but this skill will support their occupation in

the future certainly.

2.1 Nature of industry

According to Towards a Learning Society in Thailand1, Thailand Education (The

Thai education system) there are over 37,000 Educational Institutions and nearly 20 million

students in the Thai education system. The Thai Education system consists of 12 year free

basic, beginning the basic education from 6 ages. The Basic education in Thailand is divided

into 6 years of primary schooling, followed by 3 years of lower secondary and 3 years of

upper secondary schooling. In 2003, compulsory education was extended to 9 years, with all

students expected to complete Mattayom 6. The eight core subjects form the National

Curriculum including Thai language, mathematics, science, social studies, religion and

culture, health and physical education, arts, careers and technology, and foreign languages.

Flexibility is built into the curriculum in order to integrate local wisdom and culture, so that it

is consistent with set learning standards in each of the core subject groups. The promotion of

thinking skills, self-learning strategies and moral development is at the heart of teaching

and learning in the Thai National Curriculum. Early Year Education, over 74% of children,

aged 3 to 5 receive early childhood education.

According to The Power of the First Five years of Early Childhood Education2, On

the eve of the new century, education is an utmost important process in human cultivation to

bring up and open the human mind in order to adjust to the ever changing world. The

research has found that nothing is as wonderful as an infant's brain and each child's brain has

its own potential. There are a billion cells in a new born baby's brain at birth. Early childhood

education between 0-5 years of age is a most vital stage as it is fundamental to all ages of

learning. The firmer of foundation, the higher a building may be built. If children's brains,

during these years, are neglected, the chance for further development is slim. It is much more

difficult to learn during the adult age, unless stimulated brain cell interaction has occurred

during the earlier childhood age. Education researchers believe that learning through playing

and feeling is active learning and is a significant factor in bringing out the potential of each

child. The teacher's role has changed from teaching children directly, to that of arranging

children within an atmosphere that stimulates them to learn, to encourage and evoke learning,

while presenting opportunities to express and interconnect ideas and to observe children the

way they are naturally.

According to National Institute for Child and Family Development1, Mahidol

University; the results confirm that the human brain grows and develops most rapidly during

the early before age 6 years, the children can learn faster more than any time of life. So the

family need to support about a good learning experienced for the base learning in long term.

Laying the foundation for the children in the beginning especially the first 3 years are

important, parents can be a good model for discipline and responsibility. Each child has a

mood and feel different and increase with age, they will have to learn to think of speech and

expression that is different from the original. Parents must always be followed to understand

them and makes adjustments to ensure proper care.

The children‟s skill schools help to development initiation and personality of the

children. Difference subject will teach for difference proposes.

Art skill help for creativity, create the imagination, and development though of

the child.

Music skill help the child for assertive, exercise their mind about memory,

listening and improve self confidence.

Cooking skill provides to working as a group that the child have participation

and learn about Co-existence in society

Martial art skill help the child for improve their muscle, train for good healthy

and good personality.

According to Guide to Early Childhood Education Program (2003)1, the conception

of learning for Early Childhood 3-5 years, human have to learn from their experience that

affect to behavioral changes, child must be made the interaction between other people and

environment around them by themselves. So the environment is important for children

learning because learning is fundamental to the development of higher level, and we learned

from naturally occurring prior to coming to school.

Development of innovative idea in school age (6-12 years) which school age has

preparation physical, emotion, social and intelligence. The Child should get good

environment support development of the child in every aspect. The child will be adept to the

new experience or new environment smoothly. They can think and solution problem by

themselves. Because of this age must to go to school, they want more learned that begin to

learn things around them and then find experience for them. For children, which just entre to

school they will can good learn. School have been put environment or activity for the

children have movement of body and participation in activities always. That is enhance the

intelligence of children is very much. Children this age will begin to learn the world present,

like excitement, satisfied new things, want to know anything from outside home that are learn

from teacher, friend. The children are eager to learn and try to do things that he can do it

successful and want get the acceptation from other. So the parents should be help them feel

have good, have ability by encouraging children to do things that they can do it best. Find

good point of them and compliment it because they will feel must to more diligence.

Learning skills of children is a characterization of the muscle is coordinate of hand and eye.

Social skills in group friend and language skills are very important also. From researched of

department of mental health stated the child age 6-8 years have creative imagination to more

truth, start describe that they think to word, love in learning and want experience which

challenge and fun. The child age 8-10 years can create something by unique abilities, can

compose questions, want to know more and imitate idol of them. The child age 10-12 years

like to researching, experimenting, have concentration or interest longer. Girl like to learn

from books and plays role play. Boy like to learn from experience (such as games), this age

have growth in the arts and music.

From this research found this age have important for child in learning skills and

development intelligence. That is brain can develop rapidly and fully.

2.2 Situation of Industry

Nowadays, Thailand has many children‟s skill schools that provide various skills for

children learning. Each school has the same purpose are development skill of the children to

guideline what the child can do best in the future and make the appropriate environment that

better for children learning. The example of famous children‟s skill schools are KPN Music

Academy, Yamaha Thailand Music School (SiamKonlaKarn Music School) and the little

gym company. The parents trust to send their child to learning with a professional in each

branch and certain that the child has to development their skill with appropriate environment.

The motivation that parent sent their child to learn with profession before have basic

education course of government are they want to practice their child to be a good person in

society, can compatible with other people and practice to be a leadership. The children have

to learn well between 0-5 years of age because this is a most vital stage as it is fundamental to

all ages of learning. So, the children‟s skill schools is the best way that children can learn

with professional in appropriate place and let they tike to learn since early. Thailand has

many contests to show the talent of children that urge family support their child to get what

the talent they have? So how the children know their talent? The Trainer is TV reality show

that the kid‟s has to play their talent to create the opportunity for build their dream. The kid‟s

has to audition first and if they pass the test they will have to learn with the difference success

trainers. All of trainer has many experience and famous about their job such as singer, actor,

and model. So the school of talented kids is the way to practice the kid‟s talent to make their

opportunity for the future. In Thailand has many school of talented kids but we try to do the

difference. Our school provide many skill for the kid‟s choose their own talented with the

freedom. The kid‟s has to learn about their interest and choose their own talent.

2.3 Product and Service

Product

Kids Talented Company offer the school of talented kids to find there talented by our

program that including four basic skill for children, First, art skill such as Drawing, Molding

and Jugglery, Second, martial art skill such as Muay chaiya, Aikido and Kung Fu, Third,

musical skill such as Violin, Ukulele and Drum, Fourth, cooking skill such as Cookie,

Cupcakes, Jelly custard (can be coconut, pumpkin, etc) and stuffed chicken curry puff pie

(can be bean, taro, etc). Therefore we also have basic course and major course, basic course is

student try to find talented before choose their like or course beginning to learn of their

program. Major course is specific of their skill by have basic already. In addition we have

teachers who specialize in different skills and all of program that we offer will open the

opportunity to the children who love to choose their own talented with the freedom.

Service

Nowadays service is the contribution to attract the customers. Kids Talented

Company provides various programs that are specially designed to suite the different age

group and different their like. Each program has its own focus and interesting activities which

will enhance your child's physical, mental and social skills that customer can choose by

themselves, it depends on the price that we agreed. Kids Talented Company opened in

everyday and we have course on Saturday and Sunday start at 8am to 5pm. We also have

room for rent to prepare to play violin, drum, ukulele and dance and etc, on Monday to Friday

start at 5pm to 9pm.

In our area, there are many competitors in the market because they have the same target

group that is child. Most of our competitors have the weaknesses about the narrow area of

company and have not enough car parks for customers. So, when we know the status,

strengths, and weaknesses of our competitors. We can plan the strategies that concern about

products and services of high quality and healthy to make word of mouth by using the

customers to advertise our company. Then Kids Talents Company also has brand royalty. We

will try to set our plan and strategy able to change along with current situation and trend in

easily to provide products and services for support customers requirement so that makes our

company increase number of sale and profit.

From other sites of competitors business, they have advantage over our business in term

of customer loyalty and more branches that covered almost areas in Thailand. According to

Kids Talented Company has used many ways to promote our company including

providing the special activities, billboards, magazines, newspapers and brochures. Firstly, we

hire the organizers to set up the theme and even whole event. In first year, we will provide the

grand opening by inviting the celeb to be the channel to promote our company. Next year, we

will continually hire the special guests for promoting our company in every summer.

Secondly, we use the BTS billboard company to promote our company in each month as long

as we can. As a result, the BTS area is the best alternative to motivate our target group and let

them know why our company has obviously promoted to customers. Thirdly, we hire the

Praew‟s magazine to advertise our company in each month because there are many people to

read the Praew‟s magazine every week so we expect to gain benefit from this channel.

Fourthly, we hire both Bangkok Post newspaper and Thairath newspaper to advertise our

company; furthermore, we expect to increase our income and benefits as well. The parents

3.6 Conclusion

From our analysis in chapter 3 „‟Marketing Feasibility study” can tell that the chapter

talks about the general environment analysis such as social, technology, economic,

environment, and political factors. In the chapter, these factors might be both external and

internal factors; all of these factors are important and have effect to our company. For

competitions; our company have many competitors in Bangkok but our company have to

strategies and high quality. We use SWOT analysis including Strength, Weakness,

Opportunity, and Treat. SWOT analysis that make our company to success in the business.

We have many majors for students including; Martial art skill, Music, Art skill, and cooking.

Art is a creative activity that is critical to the learning of children in the pre-school

age because the experience of art not only promotes this initiative but it helps to promote the

development of the 4 sides of the integration.

Aikido

In aikido, as in virtually all Japanese martial arts, there are both physical and mental

aspects of training. The physical training in aikido is diverse, covering both general physical

fitness and conditioning, as well as specific technique because a substantial portion of any

aikido curriculum consists of throws, the first thing most students learn is how to safely fall

or roll. The specific techniques for attack include both strikes and grabs; the techniques for

defense consist of throws and pins. After basic techniques are learned, students study

freestyle defense against multiple opponents, and techniques with weapons.

Most fighting styles that are being practiced as traditional Chinese martial arts today

reached their popularity within the 20th century. Some of these include Drunken

Boxing, Eagle Claw, and Monkey. The increase in the popularity of those styles is a result of

the dramatic changes occurring within the Chinese society.

Violin

The violin is a string instrument, usually with four strings tuned in perfect fifths. It is

the smallest, highest-pitched member of the violin family of string instruments, which

includes the viola, cello, and bass. Someone who plays the violin is called a violinist or a

fiddler. The violinist produces sound by drawing a bow across one or more strings (which

may be stopped by the fingers of the other hand to produce a full range of pitches), by

plucking the strings (with either hand), or by a variety of other techniques. The violin is

played by musicians in a wide variety of musical genres, including Baroque music, classical,

jazz, folk music, and rock and roll. The violin has come to be played in many non-western

music cultures all over the world.

Ukulele

Typically ukuleles have a figure-eight body shape similar to that of a small acoustic

guitar. They are also often seen in non-standard shapes, such as cutaway shape and an oval,

usually called a "pineapple" ukulele, invented by the Kamaka Ukulele Company, or a boat-

paddle shape, and occasionally a square shape, often made out of an old wooden cigar box.

Drum

The individual instruments of a drum kit are hit by a variety of implements held in the

hand, including sticks, brushes, and mallets. Two exceptions include the bass drum, played

by a foot-operated pedal, and the hi-hat cymbals, which may be struck together using a foot

pedal in addition to being played with sticks or brushes. Although other instruments can be

played using a pedal, the feet are usually occupied by the bass drum and hi hat, and as a result

the drummer often plays in a seated position. Percussion notation is often used by drummers

to signify which drum kit components are to be played. A full size drum kit without any

additional percussion instruments includes a bass drum, floor tom, snare drum, tom-toms, and

a variety of cymbals including hi-hat cymbals, a ride cymbaland one or more crash cymbals.

The exact set-up is dictated by the type of music played and the drummer's personal

preferences.

The area of building is about 24 square was with 4 floors, 2 rooms and nearby boulevard. Our

location near many schools such as Sigh Fah School, Bangkok International Preparatory &

Secondary school, Kaplan Education Center-Emporium branch, Sai Nam Pheung School, and

Sacred Heart Covent School (S.H.C.), the location enclose with many schools that student

easy and not take much time to go, easy to promote our product for main target customer.

Property Management

Our company tries to find the location that appropriate and easy to enter. We choose the

building at Bangkok, Thailand. Because of Bangkok is the center and the location is the way

that many people to know. Our company has four floors for easy to separate in major such as

art skill, cooking, music and Chaiya boxing. For our facilities, we set for children to happy

and fun to teach for example table that make from wood and screen by cartoons. In each floor

we design for comfortable and use good product to decorate for example carpet, rosewood

etc. We will useful all of the floors to maximum benefit.

Facilities Planning

Our company set the policy for the children who come to learn and we use building to

appropriate with our business. In addition, our company set the policy for teachers and

employee such as has assurance, key card for them and we have CCTV for protect customers

and our employees. We want customers to happy when they learn fun when they come at our

company. We try to use all of floors in maximum benefits. We set each major in which the

floor for customers to convenience and unique for each room. We provide the equipment set

for safe children and if they come to our company, they will be contact with fresh air without

pollution such as noise pollution.

Facilities Operations and Maintenance

Our company encourages our teachers and employees to have motivate such as give reward,

increase salary and bonus. And we try to encourage them to preserve and looking after all of

8.1 Risk Management Analysis

Because of Kids Talented is located in Bangkok at Sukhumvit 26, where there are

civilizations and more competitors. So, our company has both direct and indirect risk as the

following analysis.

8.1.1 Competitor risk

After we explored the Talented Institutions that locate nearby Sukhumvit 26, We

found that have direct competitors are Yamaha Music School at Sukhumvit 39 and KPN

Music Academy at Sukhumvit 55, where have more famous institution in long time. But, we

have advantage about course of our company have varieties of course that different 2

institutions have only course of music.

8.1.2 External risk

Every business has all external risk, that this risk can‟t not control or dealing with it

but we can apply operation with these changing. It consists of following risks;

Social risk

In many years ago of Thailand, the interest about Talented Institution of people have

less among. Because, most people have more interest about School Tutorial and nowadays,

the parent want to their child attention about education. This cause effect to parent agrees to

lost money to their child education more than get children have talented in free time.

For the solve this problem, we will have good explain to parent about talented with free time

The situations of Bangkok economic have about high cost of product. Especially in

business, the investment to establish new business has high of cost investment in Bangkok.

Political situation in Thailand have uncertainty and volatile in sometimes and there

are flooding climate before end of year 2011. This cause can effect to about financial of

Thailand, especially loan capital from any bank. In all of investment of our business, we

should have good management of our loan capital in any department.

business. We will analyze in each risk because all of risk has importance to our operating.

have satisfaction and advertise by word of mouth from customers, we will provide service

Kids Talented have setting price in appropriate price. If we set the price to high,

customers will not interest in new business and they may be choose famous institution

replace our company. If we set lower price, it may be effect to our capital money for

operating in company. Thus we set the price similar to competitors but we also have

promotion or special service to parent of students.

Risk of entry the market

The risk to enter the market of Kids Talented is useful from five force model; rivalry

of competitor, bargaining power of customer, bargaining power of supplier, substitute

product and new entry of competitor. For this reason, we will reduce risk via market study,

competitor analyze and condition of competition.

Risk of Human Resources

Risk arising from aware of ability to work and characters of each staff and tutors, so

this may is cause problem. Business of our company is the institution get education to

customers or student. Thus, in each selection of our company, we should choose who

profession tutors can good work with teacher in each course.

Risk of Performance of course equipment

In the company have varieties and many of equipment. It has important things to

attend about maintenance for children using. Thus, we should employ profession staff to

maintenance these equipments in always time.

Manager will assign work to teacher to be leader in each their course. This cause may

Summary

As we are determined the possibility of possible business performs, so we are going to

know the feasibility of business so far. First things that we have to do are choose good

location for begin our business and we found that Sukhumvit 26 that place have close BTS-

Prompong nearly is good location with comfortable transportation. In addition, there are

target markets around our location. This cause, we can answer about primary target markets

and segmentation.

Kids Talent Company is the institution to tutorial varieties talented for children who is

the younger than find their talented by themselves. In our operating will provide the basic

complex course to give the variety of experience that reinforces their learning in daily life.

Thus, the main objectives are the business that tutorial to improve the ability of children, and

they can use utility talented for make new experience of them.

In the children, as follow the research from chapter 2 of project. We can see that the

objective of chosen children as target market occur because, children have more receive

education, experience in an efficiency responsiveness since 6 age of years forward. The

children have quickly and fast to response learning. They have efficiency to learning through

playing and feeling is active learning and is a significant factor in bringing out the potential

of each child. So, in the wealthy social such as international school, parents willing to spend a

because each child has different emotion and feeling. Thus, parents have to understand about

The motivation of parent that they will bring their children to school of talented are

more talented that will occur with children over learning from learning about academic

subject in general school. Parent will receive about changing in their children, efficiency

about thinking will have good positive because children have new society with new friend in

same activities. Although in Thailand have many talented schools, but we will try to do in

different from those. We company provide many skill for the kid‟s choose their own talented

with the freedom. The kid‟s has to learn about their interest and choose their own talent.

In the entry to market, we have marketing analysis and planning the feasibility to

promote product and service in market. Marketing feasibility study tell that the analysis about

external environment such as social, technology, economic, environment, and political

factors. All of these factors are important and have effect to our company.

In the competitors, we have many competitors around Sukhumvit 22 and around

Bangkok that comfortable travel by BTS. But, we have the efficiency and high quality

strategies to get advantage competitors. We use SWOT analysis including Strength,

Weakness, Opportunity, and Treat. This analysis can make our company to successful in the

business market

We have many majors of course for students as the following; Martial art skill, Music,

Art skill, and cooking. Children can easy understand in course with each level of skills and

ages. Our company has promotion for learn from special guest for guideline how to

successful in studying in every end of semester school, because we have advertising and

brochure to promote our company at school and we hope that every student, parent and

customers will satisfy in our company and service.

For financial analysis, the possibility financial estimation, it let us know about

the expense or investment of this business. For example it has office equipment expenditure,

course equipment expenditure, marketing expenses which are facility, raw material, and

salary. When we analyze the financial of business we can know that our business have

increase or decrease of income in each months.

Finally, in the first years, we have received in loss profit because the student may

have half of all students that come to register in courses with same hours of course. But, in

the fourth and fifth years, we have expense same first year but we have more than students.

This cause will provide more profit after operating in four or five years.

We requirement only 120 Student in basic course that possible to full in capacity and

reduce the student in advance course expectation in target because we have many competitor

in niche market as YAMAHA or KPN that have more famous but it‟s possible to have a

customer royalty in our organization

In addition, advertisement, we use low cost advertisement but we choose appropriate

time to promote our company that it matches with our target market. In the period before and

after semester of school; February, May and November are appropriate for advertising and

promoting. It make our advertise cost have not high and the company have more profit.

In risk analysis, although we have a many risk in the market including internal risk as

the operating process, Human resource, Pricing and Service that can effect directly with a

organization revenue and external problem as political, Economic, Social and technology

especially in external factor that we can‟t control it and effect directly with every business in

the market. So, from chapter 8 results, Kids Talented business remain showing a good result

and high benefit with the investor and owner especially in term of profit strongly.

การศกษา

เอกชนทกครง และจะพจารณาปรบเงนเดอนใหแก “คร” ทไดท างานมาครบรอบปหนง ๆ

โดยถอเอาความร ความสามารถและความดความชอบในการปฏบตหนาทเปนหลกพจารณา

ขอ ๕ “คร” ตกลงจะปฏบตงานในหนาทครอยางเตมความสามารถ และจะประพฤตตน

ใหอยในจรรยา มรรยาทและวนยคร

/ขอ ๖ “ผรบใบอนญาต”

ขอ ๖ “ผรบใบอนญาต” ตกลงจะปฏบตตอ “คร” ตามเงอนไขทก าหนดไวในระเบยบ

กฎหมายและค าสงของทางราชการทกประการ

ขอ ๗ “ผรบใบอนญาต” ตกลงจะหกเงนเดอนจากครเพอเปนเงนสมทบสวนของคร

เทานน แลวตองน าเงนทหกจาก “คร” และเงนสวนท “ผรบใบอนญาต” ตองจายเปนเงนสมทบ

สวนของผรบใบอนญาต ไปสงกองทนสงเคราะหภายในเวลาทก าหนดไว และหากไมน าสง

เงนสมทบภายในเวลาทก าหนด “ผรบใบอนญาต” ยนยอมจายเงนสวสดการตาง ๆ เชน

คารกษาพยาบาล คาเลาเรยนบตร คาทดแทน และเงนสงเคราะหหรอสวสดการอน ๆ

ททางราชการจายใหแกคร ทครพงมสทธไดตามกฎหมายใหแก “คร” โดยทนท

ขอ ๘ คสญญาซงประสงคจะบอกเลกสญญา จะตองแจงเปนหนงสอใหแกคสญญา

อกฝายหนงทราบลวงหนาตามเงอนไขทก าหนดไวในระเบยบทกประการ

ขอ ๙ ในกรณท “ผรบใบอนญาต” บอกเลกสญญาหรอสญญาการเปนครไดสนสดลง

อนเนองจากความผดหรอความบกพรองของ “ผรบใบอนญาต” ยนยอมจายคาชดเชยและหรอ

คาชดเชยพเศษใหแก “คร” ตามจ านวนและเงอนไขทก าหนดไวในระเบยบกระทรวงศกษาธการ

วาดวยการคมครองการท างานของครใหญและครโรงเรยนเอกชน พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๒ ขอ ๓๒ และ

ตามกฎหมายทเกยวของทกประการ

ขอ ๑๐ เมอ “คร” ไดปฏบตงานตดตอกนมาในรอบปการศกษาหนง มก าหนดเวลา

ไมนอยกวา ๙ เดอน นบแตวนทเขาเปนครใหญหรอครถงวนทขอลาออกในระหวางปดภาคเรยน

ปลายปการศกษา ใหผรบใบอนญาตจายเงนเดอนใหครใหญหรอครถงวนท ๓๐ เมษายน

ขอ ๑๑ ขอตกลงอนใดระหวางผรบใบอนญาตกบครใหญหรอครทขดหรอแยงกบสญญาน

ใหถอวาไมมผลบงคบ

สญญานท าขนเปน ๓ ฉบบ มขอความตรงกน คสญญาถอไวคนละฉบบ และสง

ประกอบค ารองขออนญาตเปนครใหญหรอครตอส านกงานเจาหนาทเปนหลกฐานหนงฉบบ

คสญญาไดทราบขอความในสญญานโดยตลอดแลว จงลงชอไวเปนส าคญตอหนาพยาน
