Teamwork is essential in this program, and it requires a one year commitment from both parent and cheerleader. ⎯ Non-Travel Competitive Cheer –These teams do not travel out of state for competitions and only practice one time per week. using progressions of skills in order to ensure their safety and proper technique.• Cheerleading - Our recreational cheer classes are for ages Kindergarten – 6th grade who would like to learn the fun-damental cheerleading skills without the commitment of an all-star squad. We have a cheerleading curriculum that these classes use in order to teach the variety of skills used in cheerleading in-cluding motions, jumps, stunts, tumbling, and cheer dance.• Cheernastics – These classes are for those students who want to experi-ence the best of both worlds. uaex.edu or www.faulknercounty4h.orgProgram: 4-H Community Clubs and Project GroupsAge: 5-19Description: 4-H is the youth develop-ment program conducted by the Univer-sity of Arkansas, Division of Agriculture, Cooperative Extension Service. 4-H members can select from many activi-ties in 82 project areas ranging from automotive to clothing to space camp. Trained adult leaders teach projects to children using the “learn -by-do-ing” method. 4-H teaches leadership, citizenship, and skills children will use throughout their lives.

Community 4-H clubs usually meet once a month and offer programs in areas such as nutrition, gardening, environ-mental stewardship, public speaking, photography, vet science, pet care and more. 4-H clubs and groups also par-ticipate in a variety of community ser-vice activities. In addition to community clubs, Faulkner County has several 4-H project groups and a 4-H Teen Leader

In addition to all of the swinging, jumping, rolling, and sliding a preschool can do in 90 min-utes – we have the option of adding the Super Spiral Bouncer for an additional fee. This bounce house is just the right size for preschoolers and ads another dimension of fun. The party is 90 min-utes in length and is recommended for children ages 2 - 5.

Program: Vocal EnsembleCentral Arkansas Children’s Choir is made up of Choristers, atraining choir, and Concert Choir , a more challenging choir, for boysand girls in grades 4-8. The intent of the choir is to promote musicalliteracy and performance by providing a challenging, high quality,choral experience for its members. This award-winning choir will besinging at several new venues this year and plans a performance out ofstate. Rehearsals begin Mon., Sept. 14, 6-7:30pm.
