PROJECT OVERVIEW

KI Europe, a manufacturer of high quality, durable furniture have marked their 21st

year in the UK by relocating their headquarters to New Fetter Place. This exciting

new development presents a stunning double height reception, panoramic lifts

and fantastic views across London.

Taking 6,000 sq ft over a single floor, KI are now provided with a complimentary

environment which will showcase their products in a readily identifiable setting.

ABOUT THE BUILDING

New Fetter Place is a new environmentally designed development by Kirkbi

Real Estate Investments A/S which provides 92,000 sq ft of Grade A office

accommodation. The development is located opposite New Street Square in the

heart of Midtown and is arranged around a central courtyard. The two buildings

can be occupied separately or together via interconnecting bridge links.
