Centrifugal Chiller - Economizer

• The economizer will separate vapor and liquid effectively in

the economizer

• The separated vapor will enter into the compressor to

complete the secondary compression

• Oil contains refrigerant from evaporator will be heated to

vapor and the oil returns back to compressor oil tank

• High temperature lube oil from compressor will enter

economizer first to be cooled down to proper oil

temperature, then it is injected into parts of compressor

which need to be lubricated

Water Spray Distribution System

Key Technologies

Water spray distribution system utilizes self-balance buffer tank to provide an evenly pressurized uniform water distribution by gravity.

Consists of water inlet pipe valve, water distribution pipes, pre-cooling fill, nozzles, make up water supply device, drainage device and water treatment.

Fills are designed with the most suitable flame-retardant PVC material to give the best thermal performance taking into consideration the ventilation, water quality and maintenance conditions.

Fills maximizes the heat exchange surface for higher efficiency.

Fills are suspended on galvanized steel pipes for easy maintenance and effective evaporation. The integral design of the louver and fill enables the collection of water without additional device to reduce the drift loss to less than 0.001%.
