DAY 9 WED 13 MAYBAGATELLE

Discover the enchanting parks and gardens of Paris today; Jardin Bagatelle in the Bois de Boulogne, the expanses of Luxembourg Gardens, then the charm of Jardin des Plantes.

DAY 10 THU 14 MAYMONET’S GIVERNEY

We’ll arrive early at Giverny to experience the serenity of Claude Monet’s Water Garden. The flower garden is a different thrill with roses growing over arches and flowers jostling for space.

West Green is the home of renowned Australian gardener

Marylyn Abbott, who in re-creating the garden, has paid homage to its 18th century origins while allowing her sense of humour room to play.

A gardener’s pilgrimage today to Sissinghurst. You will love its beautiful balance and inspired plant combinations. Afternoon visit to Great Dixter, Christopher Lloyd’s masterpiece.

DAY 15 TUE 19 MAYCHELSEA FLOWER SHOW

‘Opening Day’ at the Chelsea Flower Show, is reserved for VIPs and members of the Royal Horticultural Society only, but we have arranged tickets so you can enjoy it without the crowds that flock on public days. Our farewell dinner this evening will be held in our hotel.

DAY 16 WED 20 MAYLONDON - HOME

Those returning home today have a free day in London. We transfer to Heathrow in the afternoon.

Check in for four nights at the historic Grand Hotel Amrath in the centre of town. This afternoon is free then we’ll meet up for a welcome dinner.

DAY 3 THU 7 MAYKEUKENHOF

The world’s most beautiful flowering bulbs have been showcased here at Keukenhof Gardens. Spend this day exploring the gardens and conservatories with a picnic lunch.

DAY 4 FRI 8 MAYAALSMEER FLOWER MARKET

Experience the action of the world’s largest flower auction at Aalsmeer this morning.

DAY 5 SAT 9 MAYHET LOO PALACE

Het Loo Palace is known for the grandeur of its design in the French Formal Style. Explore the gardens that breathe the atmosphere of their seventeenth century origin.

DAY 6 SUN 10 MAYAMSTERDAM - PARIS

Today we travel across Belgium to Paris with a lunch stop in the mediaeval city of Bruges, often called the Venice of the North. The historic centre of Bruges has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2000.

Arrive onto the chic left bank and Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris and check into Pont Royal Hotel, where F. Scot Fitzgerald and his wife Zelda held court for the American literati.

DAY 7 MON 11 MAYVERSAILLES

The grandest garden of them all today - Versailles. Absorb the enormity of the landscape from the terrace, take the train tour to the Domain of Marie Antoinette and walk through the gardens.

DAY 8 TUE 12 MAYVAUX LE VICOMTE

To Chateau Vaux le Vicomte this morning, a masterpiece of symmetry and perspective. A treat lies in store this afternoon, the beautiful potager Domaine de Saint-Jean de Beauregard with peonies, iris and roses along with fruiting espalier, wide flower borders, walled garden, grape house and dovecote.
