E. BAGGE, Entstehung der kosmischen Ultrastrahlung und das Expansionsphiinomen (Verlag Karl Thiemig KG, Miinchen, 1966. 62 p.)

In this pamphlet Professor Bagge proposes the hypothesis of the existence of a weak electric charge distribution in the galaxies which he argues could be the origin of the recession of the nebulae and of the high accelerations of cosmic rays. The argument is developed quantitatively and accounts for the observed orders of magnitude of the various quantities involved. An English edition is announced.
