Our company can supply the wellheads and Christmas trees suitable for petroleum and natural

industries land and offshore to drilling and production. We strictly in accordance with the latest edition of API

6A to design, manufacture, test and quality control and also got a Certificate of Authority to use the API

monogram for API 6A products. The main pressure-containing parts of these products are made from

forgings or specially smelted low alloy steel (stainless steel) casings for high pressure. Wellheads

manufactured by our company are available in pressure rating up to 20,000PSI, load rating up to 500 tons,

material classes from AA to FF, temperature classes from K to Y, product specification levels from 1 to 4 and

PR1 & 2, which also meet NACE Standard MR0175.

The wellheads, Christmas trees and auxiliary equipments supplied by KERGY are available in many

"SYG" Dual Tubing Solid Block Christmas Tree Assembly

“SYG”双油管整体式采油井口装置

SYG dual tubing wellhead can produce under different sand

pressure in the same time.SYG dual tubing wellhead is made of oil tube,

master valve, combination valve ,Christmas tree and so on. The top of

the oil tube is flanged with tie-down screw and the bottom flange has

been designed double seal structure. It combined with SYG dual tubing

hanger, which can accept 3-1/2" ,2-7/8" tubing etc. and have profile for

back -pressure valve and relief valve connection. It's working pressure is

from 2000PSI to 10000PSI.

压力进行分层开采.SYG 双油管采油井口装置由油管头、油管头短节和

We designed and produced the SYT Type three channel solid block christmas tree assembly, which subjected to kinds of

test successfully indicates that it is appropriate for complex geology. It has accepted consistent favorable comment of here and

The max working pressure of this product is 5000PSI,it can accept 2-7/8”、3-1/2” tubing and prepare for profile for wire of

analytical chemical and ESP wire.

1. Tubing head configuration

Tubing head is usually a spool with top and bottom flange ends. It serves to suspend the tubing and to seal the annular space

between tubing and casing, which combined with tubing hanger.

2. Functions

1) Hang the tubing string inside well;

2) Seal the annular space between tubing and casing;

3) As a crossover to connect casing head downwards and x’mas tree upwards;

4) The tubing head spool is provided with both side outlets for injection and well clean-up operations.

3. Tubing hanger

Tubing hanger is an assembly to suspend tubing string by means of a male or female thread and seal the annular space between

tubing and casing, which is connected with tubing and seated into tubing hanger spool by tubing gravity. It is convenient to operate

and replace wellhead so that it is widely used for intermediate depth well and common well.

1. 油管头结构

油管头通常是一个顶部和底部均为法兰连接的四通，它被安装在套管头上法兰用来悬挂油管挂和密封油管柱与油层套管之间

的环形空间，由油管头四通和油管挂组成。

2. 功能

“DP” Type Tubing Hanger

“DP”型油管挂 The “DP” tubing hanger is a mandrel type hanger with an extended neck that has been

prepared to receive “T” configuration seals. The seal can be energized by injecting the seal

compound through inject port in the adapter and the hanger pack-energized by means of lock

screws in the tubing head.

It has penetrating hole for cabling, which provide the convenience to connect the control line

in the wellhead with console.

These hangers are available in all tubing sizes and are used in “S” or “SL” all purpose heads.

“DP”型油管挂是采用心轴式悬挂油管。颈部设计了“T”型密封圈。达到良好的密封效果，

而且该密封可通过在油管头上法兰上的注塑孔注入塑料密封脂而得到加强。该油管挂的主密

“DP”型油管挂还设计了井下控制管线的通道，使井下控制线与地面控制台的连接成为可

能。因此适用于配有井下和井口安全阀完井的采油井口。

“DP”型油管挂在使用中不需起下油管挂就可更换密封圈，因此极大的方便了井上操作工

艺和降低维修费用。

“SYG” Type Double Tubing Hanger

“SYG” 型双管式油管悬挂器 The “SYG” series of tubing hangers have all of the features of the “SLRT” tubing hanger plus

the ability to convert to a slip suspension. If a conventional completion has been planned, and

because of unforeseen difficulties, it becomes necessary to make a slip suspension completion

after tubing has been run; it can be accomplished by replacing the landing coupling with a false

bowl and slips. The slip suspension completion also permits the setting of the tubing in tension.

The pack-off is accomplished by a conversion bushing.

BPV (Back pressure Valve)

背压阀 BPV (Back pressure valve) derive from back pressure valve. It means that Valve have some

functions to obtain some pressure. In fact,the pressure of back pressure valve can be adjusted. It

have many systems. We often use fluid metering dosing system, hydraulic control system etc in

our company.On the other hand,back pressure valve can be divided into two parts which are

adjustment and over current.

Safety Gate Valve

安全阀 Safety gate valve, as executive part of safety system on well,

can classify both parts of preparation valve and driver.

High-pressure oil enters the empty chamber of the driver and

then press the bottom spring to open the valve, if the pressure

exceed the bearing ability of wellhead assembly, by the signal

past through the sensor, the control mechanism unload the

pressure out of the oil cylinder, and the spring pushes the valve

stem to close the valve and wellhead assembly so as to ensure

equipment safe.

安全阀是用在井口采油上的重要组成部分 , 当高压进入到驱

动装置里，底部的弹簧将会打开闸阀。如果压力超过安全阀所能

承受的压力，信号将传到探测设备上，通过控制台的操作，安全

阀上的弹簧将会自动推动阀杆，从而关闭阀门，这样就保证了采

油的安全。

applications, to provide manual operation at full working pressure with

remarkably low opening torque. The design eliminates the need for

gear-type torque multipliers, and results in quicker, safer operations.

The Ball-Screw operation gate valve shares the basic features of the

“LS” series: a slab gate, patented seat seal, non-elastomeric stem seals,

and metal-to-metal sealing. However, the Ball-Screw operation gate valve

has a lower balancing stem and unique ball Screw mechanism

According to the customer's request and the need of oil production ,on

basic of the PFF slab gate valve ,we have a new design in accordance with

the API 6A specification strictly and then manufacture the PFFY hydraulic

gate valve and PFFW gate valve which with a lower indicator.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Mud Gate Valve, with superior design features precision

workmanship and a proven principle are engineered to meet the harsh

drilling requirements in today’s oilfield.

The Valve conforms to the standard flange dimensions and

pressure rating of 3000 and 5000 PSI working pressure, the nominal

size is 2”,3”,4”,4”x5’,and temperature service up to 400℉ .

The Valve standard trim includes 316SS Gates 316SS Stems and

Buna N seats, optional trims are available which include Ni Plated

Carbon Steel, Monel and Aluminum Bronze gates. Seats are offered in

Viton and Hypalon and optional 303SS Stem is available.

CONSTRUCTION

All the Valves conforms to API flange dimensions in all pressure

class ratings. The valves have rising stems that are driven by a double

threaded hub for quick opening and closing with minimum torque. The

permanently lubricated stems and stem screws are fully sealed ,which

get high and low pressure sealing through support ring.

结构特点

所有不同压力级别的法兰连接的泥浆闸阀都符合 API 6A 法

兰尺寸。该阀门为明杆设计，扭矩小，启闭容易。阀杆可得到永

久润滑，阀杆和阀杆螺母通过支撑环实现高压和低压密封。

CHECK VALVE AND PLUG VALVE

单向阀和旋塞阀 Check valve creates the metal-to-metal seal by the pressure of

the medium, the more the pressure is, the better the sealing effect

is. Anytime the valve chamber can bear the pressure of the

pipeline. The sealing face between valve core and valve body is

welded with hard alloy with good abrasion resistance and

anti-scour; the valve core is made of sulfide-resistance steel and

the others adopt the process of hardness limit so the valve is able

to be used in H2S condition.

The plug valve is a necessary part that is utilized on the high

pressure manifold for the cementing and fracturing operations in oil

field and also suitable to control over the similar high pressure fluid.

Featuring the compact structure, easy maintenance, small torque,

rapid opening and easy operation, the plug valve is ideal for the

cementing and fracturing manifolds.

DRILL SERIES VALVE

钻具系列阀门 Suitable for normal drilling conditions. The valve body is made

of AISI 4130 alloy steel, heat-treated to 285-341 Brinell hardness

and a minimum impact strength value of 42J as per ASTM 370

Charpy V notch, at -10° C. Inner surfaces of bodies are treated to

enhance mud corrosion resistance and maintenance operations.

This version has been designed for higher H2S concentration.

Internal parts are made of corrosion-resistant materials matching

the NACE MR0175 standard, fitted in a standard body. Heat-treated

to meet both NACE standard and API Spec 7 (latest editions).

CHOKE MANIFOLD

节流管汇

1. Application

Choke manifold is necessary device to control

the well kick successfully and execute the pressure

control technology on oil/gas well in the course of

drilling, as it is, the device is adopted to execute new

drilling-well’s technique of balance pressure, which

can avoid pollution of oil-layer, improve the speed of

drilling and control blowout effectively. One end of

the device connects with the side flange of BOP

spool. When BOP closes, it can control the finite

pressure from casing by adjusting the choke valve’s

opening, so balanced drilling can work under

minimum pressure-difference.

2. Configuration

The choke manifold consists of choke valves,

gate valves, line pipes, fittings, pressure gauges and

other components.

3. Working Principles

When the pressure inside the well rises,

opening/closing the choke valves (including manual

chokes, hydraulic chokes and positive chokes) on

the choke manifold can allow the release of the fluid

inside the well so as to control casing pressure,

which can be directly blown out through the gate

valve if the casing pressure is quite high.

4. Pressure Ratings

The kill manifold is available in pressure ratings

of 2000psi, 3000psi, 5000psi, 10000psi and

15000psi, and also can be available upon customer

request.

KILL MANIFOLD

压井管汇

1. Application

In case of increase of the well head pressure,

the kill manifold can provide a means of

pumping heavy drilling fluid into the well to

balance bottom hole pressure so that well kick

and blowout can be prevented. In this case, the

increasing well head pressure also can be

released directly through blowdown lines

connected to the kill manifold so as to release

bottom hole pressure, or the water and

extinguishing agent can be injected into the well

using the kill manifold. The check valves on the

kill manifold only allow injection of kill fluid or

other fluids into the well bore through

themselves, but do not allow any backflow so as

to perform the kill operation or other operations.

2. Configuration

The kill manifold consists of check valves,

gate vales, pressure gauges and line pipes.

The one end of the kill manifold is connected to

the drilling spool and the other end is

connected to the pump. The kill manifold and

choke manifold are both designed to API 16C

and can be used together. The kill manifold is

available in pressure ratings of 2000psi,

3000psi, 5000psi and 10000psi.

DRILLING MUD MANIFOLD

钻井液管汇

The drilling mud manifold consists of the mud valve, high

pressure spherical union, high pressure core union, tee, high

pressure hose, elbow, pressure gauge, and pup joint etc.

Ground valve-group adopts gooseneck type tee with

compact structure, little fluid resistance and large power

effectuality. Adapter spool adopted on rigid valve-group can

be directly used as single pipe on site.

The high pressure unions are made from high-strength

alloy steels and heat treated, featuring tight make-up and

easy break-out. The special machine tool is used for the

manufacture of the unions. The fine machined sphere and

core work together with O-rings to provide sealing.

With the walls thickened as applicable and heat treated,

the elbow, reducing pipe, tee and cross are made from high

strength alloy steels and can fully meet the strength and

corrosion requirements.

In order to ensure the product quality, the parts that

require high precision are manufactured using special

technology and all pressure-containing parts are

hydrostatically tested prior to assembly.

适当加厚了管壁，并经良好的热处理，能充分满足强度和耐腐蚀

对精度要求高的零件采用专用工艺加工，以保证制造质量；

对受高压零件在装配前均经过静水压强度和密封试验，严格保证

出厂质量。

Solid Block Flowhead incorporates a solid block valve

body, an upper swabbing valve, a kill line valve and a

hydraulically actuated flow line valve.

Located below the main valve block is a high axial thrust

tubing swivel that allows tool string rotation during operations

while under pressure. All valves in this system are magnum

gate valve that provide metal-to-metal sealing.

Flowhead includes a hige temperature model to

400℉;additional actuators for other valves. Hand pump or

hydraulic control unit; wireline cutting mechanism in swab

Dual- Pot Sand Filter

Dual-port sand filter (sand separator) is used to remove sand

and other solid particles from oil and gas well effluent to prevent

erosion of downstream equipment. Typical application for the unit

include completion cleanups and maximum sand-free rate tests.

Typical applications for the unit include completion cleanups

and maximum sand-free rate tests. This filter is typically located

after the well surface test tree upstream of the choke manifold.

Dual-port sand filter consists of two filter pots and a manifold.

The frame-mounted pots have lifting support for convenient filter

replacement. Both of two pots can be on stream at same time.

Normally, one vessel is in use, another is being cleaned.

General requirements:

● Be sure that all scraps have been cleaned and all

seal rings are good before connecting the high and low

pipeline.The union shall be assembled properly without any

leakage .

● The length between manifold and fluid container shall

be as short as possible ,and between fracturing blender truck

and manifold shall have a short length as well.

Wellhead connecting requirements:

● Nipple connected appropriate for 35MPA as general .

● Flanged connected appropriate for high pressure

of 70MPa & 105MPa. All connecting joint shall be swivel

joint.

● Flanged connected specification: 70/65、70/78、

105/65、105/78

Connecting requirements for low pressure manifold:

● Provided the quantity of water inlet in the side of

fracturing blender truck is less than the quantity of fluid

container,the manifold shall be used .

● If the operation discharge is above 2.5 M3 /min, 3

pipelines of 4 inch is needed at least .

● If the operation discharge is above 3.5 M3/min, 4


● If the operation discharge is above 5 M3 /min, 6


Connecting requirement for high pressure manifold:

● when the safe chain or check cable is used in the

manifold,the union near the manifold set shall be excepted

● The connect of the surface high pressure manifold

shall have a short length as far as possible, the impending

height shall less than 0.5 M,the impending length shall less

than 5 M.

● All high pressure connect shall be flexible .

● A check valve or plug valve must be assembled

between the pipelines connected to the wellhead.

● 井口阀兰盘的规格： 70/65、70/78、105/65、105/78

低压管线的连接要求:

● 液罐数量大于混砂车单侧上水口数量时必须采用管汇连接上

水；

● 施工排量大于 2.5 方/分钟时，上水必须保证三根四英寸以上管

线；

● 施工排量大于 3.5 方/分钟时，上水必须保证四根四英寸以上管

线；

● 施工排量大于5方/分钟时，上水必须保证六根四英寸以上管线。

高压管汇的连接要求

● 高压管线在使用“安全链”或“安全绳”缠绕时，靠近管汇台

近的一个油壬不得缠绕。

● 所有地面高压管线的连接应尽量减少其长度，悬空高度不得超

过 0.5 米，悬空长度不得超过 5米；

● 所使用的高压管线应采用柔性连接方式；

● 通向井口的高压管线中间必须安装单流阀或旋塞阀

With the ram BOP in the closed position, such operations as circulating drilling fluid, releasing pressure and killing the well can be performed by means of the spool beneath the BOP or pipelines connected to outlet of the BOP body. Under special circumstances, the ram BOP can shear the pipe in the hole to seal off the well. If the ram BOP has variable bore rams, it can seal off the annular space between the casing and the pipes whose sizes are at the mini-mum and maximum of the ram’s range.

Structural Features 1. Body Structure ● Shape. The BOP has a body similar to square shape, having

a vertical bore through which the pipes can pass and ram cavities in which the rams move in the horizontal direction.

● Connection types. The BOP are offered with studded, flanged and hubbed top and bottom connections. The sizes of flanges, bolts, clamps and ring grooves all conform to API 16A.

2. Ram structure ● For dual-face ram, the upper face and lower face of the ram

are exactly symmetrical. Various drilling tools with different sizes is only necessary to replace the semi-annular rubber sealing ring and ram compact, the others can be interchanged;

● Single-face ram is unable to be re-used upside-down; ● Shear ram is bale to cut the drilling tool of the well-head off

and fully pack off the wellhead ;

● Reducing ram is applicable for the seals for various drilling

tools with different sizes and casings in certain range.

的特征。应用闸板防喷器的设计是能密封油管套管之间的环形空

间，也能全密封井口。当闸板防喷器处于关闭状态时，通过

的循环，释放压力和压 4 井作业等。在特殊的情况下，闸板

防喷器能切断管子来达到封井的目的。如果闸板防喷器有可

变的不同的闸板尺寸，它可封闭一定范围的不同规格的管柱

与套间的环形空间。结构特点 1. 壳体结构 ● 形状：防喷器的壳体与方形相似，有垂直的通孔可

以让钻具通过和闸板水平运动的闸板室。 ● 连接形式：防喷器的底部和顶部能提供螺栓式连接，

法兰式连接和卡箍式连接。其法兰，螺栓，卡箍和钢圈的尺

寸均按照 API 16A 的标准执行。 2. 闸板结构 ● 双面用闸板，闸板的上下面是对称的。不同尺寸的

钻井工具只需要更换胶密封半环和闸板压块，其余的零件可

以互换； ● 单面用闸板不可以翻转使用； ● 剪切闸板能切断钻具工具并能全封口。

● 可变径闸板适用于一定范围内不同尺寸的钻具和套

管的密封。



ANNULAR BOP

环形防喷器 1. Application Used in conjunction with hydraulic control system, the annular

BOP seals off the annulus of different sizes when drilling tool is set in the hole. When there is no drilling tool in the hole, it can also seal off the wellhead. If well blowout happens during the coring and measuring operation, it can seal off the annular spaces between the well pressure-relief valve and buffer tank, it can force-execute the running/retrieving drill operation through butt-weld drilling-rod at 18 degree with-out fine thread.

2. Working Principles A hydraulic control system is used to close or open the annular

preventer. When it is closed, high pressure oil is directed to the closing chamber positioned in the lower side of the piston, causing the piston to move upward. The rubber core is compressed by the moving piston. Because the annular BOP has a cap, the packing unit can not move upward and only can move toward the center of the well to pack off a string or seal off the well.

When well open is required, operate the reversal valve to direct high pressure oil from the upper oil-port into the chamber in the upper side of the piston so as to push the piston to move down, and then the closing chamber is relieved, the squeese pressure at the cone of rubber core is removed, the wellhead is opened.

3. Operating Requirements ● The annular BOP can be used to seal off a well where the

drill pipe is in use if the well blowout. However, the annular BOP cannot be closed for a long time, because the packing unit is easy to be damaged and the BOP itself has no locking mechanism.

● It is necessary to use a drilling tool with 18°bevel when running/retrieving drill of operation with BOP, running/retrieving drill should be slow pass through the nipple and all the rubber protecting collar on the drilling tool should be discharged off.

● With the annular BOP in the closed position and shut in pressure kept below 5Mpa, the string can be moved either up or down, but mustn′t be rotated.

● It is forbidden to open the annular BOP to relieve the pressure out of the well to avoid rubber core damage.

● Be sure to check whether the annular BOP is in the full open position or not every time after opened in order to prevent damage to the packing unit.

● Clean the inside of the BOP after well cementing operation is completed in order to keep its closings and openings flexible.

● More attention shall be paid to ring gaskets and gasket grooves during installation of the BOP or its removal from the service.

● After entering the destination layer, running/retrieving drill once should be accompanied with test of well-enclosed with drilling tool once, and inspect the effect of well enclosed with rubber core, if be –yond the requirement, it should be replaced,

● Peridically perform pressure test on the annular BOP in accordance with applicable standards.

1. 运用

在与液压控制系统一起使用下，当井内有钻具时环形

防喷器可以密封不同尺寸的环形空间。当井内无钻具时，它

仍然可以密封井口。当进行取心工具和测量操作时发生井

喷，它可以在井筒和方钻杆，取心工具，电缆，钢绳之间形

成密封。在减压调压阀和缓冲箱的配合使用下，通过在 18

2. 工作原理

液压控制系统用于关闭或打开环形防喷器。当关闭时，

高压油直接进入到活塞底部的关闭腔，从而让活塞上移。胶

心被挤压，由于环形防喷器有一个顶盖，密封胶心不能移到

上面，只能移到井口中心从而达到密封钻杆柱或密封井口。

当需要打开井口时，操作换向阀直接把高压油从壳体

上油口进入到活塞上部的开启腔，目的是让活塞下移。那时

关闭腔会复位，胶心锥面上的挤压力会消除，这是井口就会

打开。

3. 操作要求

● 环形防喷器可以用来密封井口，即使井口井喷。然

而环形防喷器关闭的时间不是很长，因为密封胶心很容易被

损坏和环形防喷器没有锁紧装置。

● 当进行送入工具盒和收回工具作业时，在 18 度斜切

边的地方有必要用钻井工具。送入工具盒收回工具需缓慢的

● 环形防喷器处于关闭位置和压力保持在 5Mpa 以下，

钻杆柱就可以上下移动，但不能进行旋转。

● 打开防喷器来释放压力是不允许的。

● 打开防喷器后为了防止损坏密封胶心，要确认是否

● 固井作业后，进行防喷器内部的清理需保持它关着。

● 当安装防喷器或移动防喷器时，应该更注意垫环和

垫环槽。

● 在进入目标层后，送入工具和收回应该带有封闭的

钻井工具测验和检验封闭胶心的影响。如果超出需求范围，

它应该被更换。

● 环形防喷器的压力测试是根据适用标准执行的。

Various models of swivel joints and their repair kits are available,

suitable for normal or low temperature, or H2S environments, with sizes

ranging from 1〞to 4〞and rated WP ranging from 2000psi to

20000psi.We can supply long and short radius swivel joints. Long radius

swivel joints can minimize fluid shock, and has better performance of

resistance for scouring and erosion.We also need to use short radius

swivel joints for low pressure operation due to limited installation space.

High Pressure Straight Pipe

High pressure straight pipes have four different types:pressure

seal,non-pressure seal, integral type and welding type. We can provide

1″～4″and 1000psi to 15000psi straight pipes. 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m,

2.8mlong integral straight pipes are available. We also provide HP

straight pipes with other sizes and pressure ratings as per customers’

repuirements.

Hose Loops

Hose loops are suitable for HP discharge pipelines, water supply

lines, well test lines, cementing slurry lines and other HP supply lines.

They are composed of swivel joints and straight pipes, and features by

flexibility, stability,quick installation and easy dismantling. They can be

easily connected with pumps or other pipes with unions.

There types of hose loops are available: short radius flexible

manifolds, long radius flexible manifolds and integral type flexible

manifolds, with sizes of 1″,1-1/2″,2″,3″,4″and pressure of 5000psi～

15000psi.

接。

环形管汇主要分为长半径、短半径型与整体型，规格为 1″，

Integral Fittings

KERGY provide series of high pressure integral fittings and welded

fittings including Wyes,Elbows,Tees,Crosses,Laterals and Fishtails,with

sizes ranging from 2″ to 4″and pressures from 3000psi to 20000psi. The

integral connections made of high`strength alloy steel ae all

heat-treated to enhance load-bearing capacity and lengthen service

life.They may have union ends for easy connection with various

cementing or fracturing equipment, or have a welded end connector

which is designed as per API Spec6A.

Crossovers are used for connection between different size or thread

pipes.They are forged of high strength alloy steel, and machined by NC

machine tools. KERGY can provide various types of crossovers as per customers

requirements.
