Note I:—Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this

selection shall remit the fee of ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account 0051 PSC-

105-State PSC-99 other Receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from

the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the

Deputy Secretary, Examinations, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 within

one month from the date of publication of this Ranked List. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued

only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be

issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not theirown,

and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

II:—A period of one month’s time to apply for rechecking of Answer scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect

from the date of publication of the Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the publication

of Ranked List.

Candidates desiring to get rechecked their answer script relating to the written test held for selection to the post may

apply for rechecking within 30 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from

the Enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper

from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner

will not be considered.

The application for rechecking along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under the head of

account “0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee”, addressed to the Deputy Secretary, Examinations,

Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 should reach the office within 30 days from the date of

publication of the Ranked List. Application for rechecking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee

(P) No. 117/08/SC/ST/DD dated 19-12-2008 shall produce the samealong with other documents mentioned aboveor as and when called for. Such candidates inthe Main List who fail to produce therequired Community Certificate or Non CreamyLayer Certificate will not be entitled to thebenefits of Community reservation and will beconsidered as open competition candidates.

7. (i) According to the existing procedure,revaluation of answer scripts is notallowed. But answer scripts will berechecked only after the publication ofRanked List if the prescribed fee of

Applications for rechecking ofanswer scripts should be submittedwithin one month from the date ofpublication of the Ranked List in theprescribed form available free of costfrom the enquiry sections of the variousoffices of the Commission or itsphotocopy or downloaded and printedin A4 size paper from the Commission’swebsite: www.keralapsc.org orphotocopied there from. The originalChalan receipt for the prescribed feeshould be produced with its applicationfor rechecking. Applications forrechecking received from candidateswhose answer scripts have beeninvalidated will not be considered.Candidates whose register numbers areincluded or not included in the Short Listand Ranked List can apply forrechecking of their answer scripts, withinone month from the date of publicationof the Ranked List.

(ii) Valid applications for recheckingaddressed to the District Officer, K.P.S.C.District Office, Pathanamthitta shouldreach this office within 30 days from thedate on which this Ranked List isofficially released by KPSC. The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type(OMR Valuation) Test held on 5-12-2008 and verification of original documents of candidates included in the ProbabilityList published on 24-11-2009 for the post of Tradesman (Smithy) on ` 4990-7990 in Technical Education Department(Category No. 373/07) in Kasaragod District for which notification for selection was published in the Gazettedated 31-10-2007, arranged in the order of merit. This ranked list is brought into force with effect from 31-12-2009.

The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force tillthe publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three yearswhichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and ordersregarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to theCommission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in thislist at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their namesin the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But the Answer Scripts will berechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only)remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-105-State PSC-99-ExaminationFee”. The application for rechecking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public ServiceCommission District Office, Kasaragod within one month from the date on which this Notification is officially released bythe Public Service Commission. Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained.

The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from

the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size

paper from the Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other

manner will not be considered. Applications for rechecking of invalidated script, will not be entertained.

The candidates, who are willing to obtain the photocopies of their OMR Answer Scripts should remit prescribed fee

of ` 200 in any of the Treasury in the State under the Head of Accounts “0051-PSC-800-Other Receipts-99-Other

Receipts”. The application for obtaining photocopy of OMR answer scripts should be in the prescribed form as published

along with this notification and should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office,

Kasaragod within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List. The application received after the

prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

All the candidates who have appeared for the Objective Test (OMR Valuation), and whose applications are

provisionally admitted are included in the Main List of this Ranked List.

Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications

and proved with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as

proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission
