(7) (i) According to the existing procedure,revaluation of answer scripts is notallowed. But answer scripts will bere-checked only after the publication ofRanked List if the prescribed fee ofRs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only) is remitted inany one of the Treasuries in the Stateby Chalan under the Head of Account‘0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99 ExaminationFee’. Applications for rechecking ofanswer script should be submitted withinone month from the date of publication ofthe Ranked List in the prescribed formavailable free of cost from the enquirysections of the various offices of theCommission or its photocopy ordownload and printed in A4 size paperfrom the Commission’s websitewww.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. The original Chalan receipt for theprescribed fee should be produced withits application for rechecking.Applications for rechecking receivedfrom candidates whose answer scriptshave been invalidated will not beconsidered. (2) The Short List is prepared based on thedetails furnished by the candidates in theapplication and subsequent claims madewill not be entertained at any stage.

(3) The candidates who have secured33 (Thirtythree) marks and above in theOMR Test are included in the Main List ofthe Short List. The requisite marks havebeen lowered to the extent necessaryin respect of candidates under the supple-mentary lists of Reservation Communities.

(4) Candidates whose Register Numbers areincluded in the Short List are directed tosend self attested copies of documents toprove their claims made in the application,i.e. Qualification, Date of Birth, Communityand other benefits, if any, to which theyare entitled, to the District Officer, KeralaPublic Service Commission District Office,Thrissur, within 15 days from the date ofpublication of this notification. The RegisterNumbers of those candidates who do notproduce the required documents within theprescribed time limit and whose applica-tions are found otherwise defective will bedeleted from the short list without furthernotice.

(5)(1) The candidates belonging to OtherBackward Classes included in the ShortList, who are required to produceNon-Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P)No. 117/2008/SC/ST/DD dated 19-12-2008shall produce the same along with otherdocuments mentioned above as and whencalled for.

(2) The candidates belonging to ScheduledCastes and Scheduled Tribes included inthe Short List shall produce CommunityCertificate vide G.O.(Ms.) No. 318/2008/Revenue dated 25-8-2007 obtained fromTahsildar along with other documentsmentioned above as and when called for.

Such candidates in the Main List who fail toproduce the required Non-Creamy Layer Certificate orCommunity Certificate will not be entitled to the benefitof Community reservation and will be considered asopen competition candidates. As regards suchcandidates in the Supplementary Lists, their RegisterNumbers will be deleted from the Short List withoutfurther notice, if they fail to produce the Non-CreamyLayer Certificate/Community Certificate.

(6) The place, date and time of interview willbe intimated in due course.

(7)(1) Re-checking of Answer Scripts will beallowed only after the publication of theRanked List.

(2) Copy of the OMR Answer Scripts will beissued to those candidates who apply forthe same remitting the prescribed fee afterpublication of the Ranked List. Detailedinstruction in this regard will be issued inthe Ranked List Notification.

(8) Candidates whose Register Numbers arenot included in the Short List are advisedto refer to Notification No. ER VII (2) 2530/09/EW dated 23-10-2009 for the RegisterNumbers of invalidated Answer Scripts andthe reason thereof.
