SPECIAL Kempton Park is set within over 400 acres of beautifully manicured grounds, you have the option to hold your wedding ceremony or reception on a non-race day or a race day– the choice is yours! Kempton Park is licensed to hold ceremonies and partnerships from 2-250 guests. Whether you are looking for a small and intimate gathering or a large celebration with friends and family we have the perfect room for you.

DESERT ORCHID SUITELocated on the mezzanine level of the main Grandstand, The Desert Orchid Suite boasts stunning views of the race track from its large and spacious balcony. The ideal backdrop for your special day.

NIGEL CLARK SUITE The Nigel Clark Suite is a modern and stylish space featuring inter-changeable lights. The floor-to-ceiling windows on one wall showcase stunning views of the Parade Ring, making it a striking and inspiring suite to get married in.

THE ROYAL BOX  The Royal Box is perfect for the smaller receptions and flexible enough to accommodate up to 50 guests for a sit down meal. Overlooking the finishing line, with stunning views of the racecourse, it sets the perfect scene for your special day.

We take great pride in providing a high quality fine dining experience. Food and drink is provided by our partners Jockey Club Catering, offering guests a range of mouth-watering menus, created from the freshest seasonal ingredients.

BOOKINGOnce you have decided to hold your wedding day at Kempton Park Racecourse we will send you a copy of your contract which will confirm your booking with us. Upon receipt of your signed contract a deposit invoice will be issued for 25% of the total amount.

5 MONTHS BEFORE We will invite you to meet with your dedicated event manager to start planning your day in detail.

1 MONTH BEFORE The outstanding invoice will be sent

2 WEEKS BEFORE We will send you a draft plan for you to check and confirm

10 DAYS BEFORE Final guest numbers are required

We used the Clubhouse at Kempton Park for our reception and it was truly amazing from start to finish. The room was big enough to hold our 110 day guests comfortably without having to shift tables to accommodate the extra 60 that joined us for the evening celebrations. The food was magnificent.

From start to finish my day was magical! The suite was beautiful and the food was better than I could of hoped for. We were looked after from start to finish and of course the view and grounds were the show stopper. I now have the most amazing photos! I would recommend Kempton Park and would like to point out that it is not as expensive as you think racecourses are!

HOW TO FIND US

BY RAILKempton Park Racecourse has its own dedicated train station situated only 200 yards from the North entrance. Trains run every half an hour direct from London Waterloo with the journey time being just 40 minutes.

BY ROADWe are located on the A308 between Sunbury on Thames and Hampton Court, less than one mile from Junction 1 of the M3 via Junction 12 of the M25.
