KEIZER Street art is an unconscious creaEve collecEve. It’s a synchronized global expression that serves as alternaEve media and the potenEal to induce socio and poliEcal change through uElizing public space as a form of quesEoning reality. It is a tool of dialogue between the arEst and the masses in the most democraEc form. The EgypEan revoluEon ignited an outburst of creaEvity, with a myriad of amateurs and self-‐taught arEsts engaging themselves in the revoluEon through graffiE to reach the masses. Founded in 2010, ArtTalks is an educaEonal, advisory and exhibiEon space in Egypt in support of Modern and Contemporary EgypEan Visual Arts. Our two-‐fold objecEve is to be a forum for knowledge through providing art educaEonal seminars and a search engine for Egypt’s next generaEon of contemporary arEsts. Our commitment, as we struggle to find answers regarding our naEonal idenEty, is to protect unequivocally the freedom to create, to mentor and exhibit highly talented young arEsts and to expose art lovers to outstanding contemporary art from the Middle-‐East. Part of ArtTalks’ income is reinvested into an Art Fund “Hassala” with the objecEve of supporEng talented yet struggling arEsts and publishing books on selecEve late and living arEsts.
Fatenn Mostafa, Founder, is the former board member of Al Ahram Beverages Company and CEO of Gianaclis Vineyards. Raised in different parts of the world, Ms. Mostafa aXended History of Art classes, parallel to her main Economics and Management Degrees in Vienna, Austria.
