Business Analyst – January 2014 – Present
As a Business Analyst, I have gained great experience of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. I am currently working on a digital transformation programme, the largest project the bank has ever undertaken, delivered through Agile methodologies, predominantly Kanban with elements of Scrum. My role consists of working with key business stakeholders as well as third parties to deliver the Decisioning system, data analysis, and proposition unique selling points, which will differentiate the offering in the market. I also have experience of the Waterfall methodology delivering the banks online broker mortgage solution for which I was the lead Analyst on the readiness phase the project.
Digital Programme
Responsibilities: Lead a cross-functional team of Business Analysts (covering both functional and delivery streams) working
with a team consisting of NAG analysts and external consultants during the delivery of a strategic digital programme, using Agile methodology
Manage requirements (epics, user stories and BDD format AC’s) during the end-to-end Kanban process, liaising with multiple stakeholders (UX, Solution Design, developers, testers, various business units, Programme Directors etc.) and providing daily ‘stand up’ updates to Programme Director and other key stakeholders
Undertake project governance requirements - weekly reporting, defect triage, risk and issue management, cross team dependencies
Responsible for engaging and working with the 3rd party delivering a Decisioning system to the programme

Online Broker Mortgage Application Programme
Responsibilities: Delivery of a new online application form to the banks broker mortgage population Full suite of project documentation including business requirements document, training and staff/customer
communication material, policy and procedure documentation, requirements traceability matrix, UAT scripts/plan and implementation playbook
Stakeholder engagement across a number of subject matter experts and senior managers, representing numerous business areas to ensure detailed and robust deliverables were produced to timescales
Manage the status of all elements of the project including requirements, build, RAIDs and defects

Business Relationship Manager – April 2011 – January 2014
As a Relationship Manager of a portfolio of circa 850 SME (Small-Medium Enterprise) customers, I was responsible for growth through increased debt and deposit holdings, by identifying cross-selling opportunities through exceptional customer care and generating client acquisition. Part of my job was conducting full credit assessments of clients primary debt exposure and contingent liabilities held with the bank using details obtained from client reviews, company specific information, geographic and industry information to confirm appropriateness of facilities and implementing restructure/exit strategies when necessary.
