    Our school has received a lot of its resourcesvia donations and gifts, so this is a veryimportant policy to have in place for ourschool. Particularly since a large part of thedonated items are in poor condition when wereceive them. Having a policy like this in placewould allow us to bypass having to deal withdamaged, dirty, and irrelevant items.
