Human Resources in Kazakhstan

Rosetti Group manpower is planned to be developed

according to the following guidelines:

Priority assigned to recruitment and training of Kazakh nationals

from Mangystau region and also from other areas of Kazakhstan;

Rosetti Group staff consists of a mix of local people, expats (mainly

from Europe) and Third Country Nationals (mainly from East Asia);

The presence of expats and TCN will be progressively decreased

during KCOI lifetime following the company build-up of capabilities

by local resources for both managerial and direct operations

functions;

Preference is given to local subcontractors providing services for

KCOI in different disciplines;

A training center for direct workers is available in KCOI yard in

“Temir At” Fabrication Yard

Total investment in fabrication facilities and equipment are in excess of

EUR 60 million

as of June 2017 and currently ongoing.

Land plots are the property of the company and are located near the village of

Akshukur, less than 27 km far from Aktau city and at about 8 km from Aktau

international airport, along the coast of Mangystau region.

KCOI scope of work consists in all the activities necessary to repair the 28” raw Gas Trunkline

replacing the failed sections with new pipe sections ranging from 3m pup piece length to full pipe

joint or string of more than one pipe joint as appropriate. KCOI mobilized a construction team of

about 210 direct workforce based in Karabatan OPF.

Well Hook-up installation works on K / L -Line

Years: 2013/2014



The Job, awarded in October 2013, consisted of Construction engineering, Procurement, Well

Hook-up Installation Works, Testing, Start-up and Commissioning of 44 well hook-ups, including 5

Injection wells and nr.1 Pig launching area.

Supply of nr.10 of Well clean-up Strainer Units

The job, awarded on March 2014, consisted of Engineering, Procurement and Fabrication of nr. 10

Strainer Units that were delivered DDP at Dunga Field. Erection, Tests, Mechanical Completion
