Multi-zone controllers
The MULTI 6 controller series is available inpractical 6-zone steps. Its modular design withindependent slide-in controller slots ensures fastreplacement in case of malfunction.
Perfect ease of use and a straightforward dis-play showing all instantaneous and setpointvalues guarantee the smooth integration of the-se controllers into the production processes.
The alarm indicators only light up in case oferror or malfunction. This allows to check theoperating state of the hot runner system at aglance.
Due to the presetting of the system’s basic para-meters by the factory, time-consuming configu-ration is not necessary – the unit is immediate-ly ready for use. The mold memory enablesyou to store the settings for all of the hot runnermolds and access these programs by a touchof the button.
A solid metal housing with powerful coolingfans allows continuous operation at maximumload even under extreme operating conditions. The rear panel features separate connectorsfor the load and thermocouples, the powerswitch, interface and alarm connectors.
The temperature can be increased or decrea-sed externally by the alarm cable connectingthe controller to the control system of the machi-ne. In case of malfunction, the controller stopsthe machine immediately.
