Short-term Leasing Services shall be offered to Kasa Luntian unit owners, subject to the following minimum regulations:
» Leasing services shall be solely managed by Alveo and/or APMC thru an appointed leasing operator
» Leasing Operator shall charge management fees to handle room booking, unit upkeep, linen service, and determination of lease rates
» Furnishings and appliances shall be provided by the Unit Owner, subject to the guidelines to be released by Alveo
» If the leasable unit has an assigned parking slot, the parking slot is included in the lease of the unit
» Lease term shall be no less than 1 day/24 hours» All profits earned from the leasing service, less applicable
management fees, shall be remitted to the Unit Owner
* Should the Unit Owner prefer to lease out their unit on their own, the minimum allowed lease period is 1 month; Deed of Lease/Lease Contract shall be submitted to APMC at least 5 days from execution
