InfluencesFrom Saul Bass’ “It’s A Mad Mad Mad Mad World” the graphics are literally playing with the typography; giving it a fun and an uplifting feel.

Whereas Fong takes a very Saul Bass approach with The Pink Panther 2’s title sequence. Letting the animated sequence’s characters play along with the credits.

MotivationsFong states on the set of Boardwalk Empire, she adores work that are “open” and allowed to an immense amount of interpretation. The director of this award-winning series gave her little resources and allowed her to work her infamous magic because he knew whatever she done would be spectatular.
