One day in 2010, my little baby sleeps on my tummy with smile. I asked myself a question about how to make her happy all the time. I started remembering that as a kid from country side, we had a teacher who didn't finish high school and I sat in a chair almost broken. Under tough studying condition like this, I need to compete with students from city with best resources. In some businesses, there are budgets allocated for training. And in most others, there is none or very small amount. Unfairness is happening everywhere. But in workplace, 50% people studies everyday through informal learning. They are highly motivated. Articles, videos, books and online courses become affordable learning resources. But common problems are: 1. People don't know what to learn next 2. People spend time reading something low quality 3. People cannot continue learning one topic for a period which in turn, some knowledge just wasted Our solution . Help them finding career path . Help them find high quality and well fit learning resources . Keep people motivated and focused I believe if we can help people solving the problems, we can bring more fairness into society. There is higher chance for people to be happy. We are looking for local highly motivated people who read everyday for our customer interview. We are not selling anything to you.
