• 1992 – Registration

• 1994 – The company begins to engage in baby food.

• 1996 – Official representative in Ukraine of TM "Nutricia", "Nestle" "Heinz", "Kolinska", "Similac".

• 1998 – Buying the plant in Kherson.

• 1998 – Producing fruit and vegetable purees and juices under the brand name “Karapuz” after the first stage of reconstruction.

• 2000 – Installation of the Italian line Elpo. Producing our own purees and transferring the plant to year-round production.

• 2001 – Buying baby food factory in Simferopol. Transferring of juice production to the Crimea.

• 2002 – Creating a department of aseptic storage of natural apple juice. The transition to producing natural juices using own raw materials.

• 2006 – Design of the department of producing instant cereals.

• 2008 – launch of the first plant of instant cereals in Ukraine from GMF Netherland.

• 2008 – launch of the broad product line of the dry instant cereals .

• 2011 – Installation of new manufacturing line from Tetra Pack, Sweden for juices.

• 2013 – Management System according to the standards ISO 9001 and ISO 22000

2013 – Manufacturing under the Private Label baby food products for the retail AUСHAN in Ukraine

• 2014 – Co-manufacturing of baby juices for Danone.

• 2015 – Cooperation with PepsiCo for manufacturing baby juices and puree.

Our Certificates

All our products are produced according to international and national

security management system of food: ISO 9001 (DECRA), ISO 22000

(GLOBAL SERTIFIK), FSCC 22000 (ISA SERT). FSSC also include the

international quality management system HACCP.

These certificates are valid for three years with an annual passing audit.

The assortment of our products includes all

All products of “Karapuz" are made on the plant of baby food in Kherson, Ukraine which has a long tradition of production for kids.

The high quality of our products contribute to :

• District fruits with a final and complete ripeness ;

• Not made with genetically modified ingredients ;

• No artificial flavors or colors.

For the production of cereals, we use:

• Freshly grind flour from whole cereal of the highest quality;

• Skimmed milk powder, which passes all the quality requirements for

baby food ;

• Vitamin and mineral premix manufactured by DSM Nutritional Products

(France) for the production of baby food;

Fresh fruits, vegetables or berries

bifidobacteria and prebiotics.

The cereals are manufactured on the

equipment that made by a company

«GMF-GOUDA», (Netherlands), which is the

European leader in the design and

manufacture of equipment for the food

industry. As a confirmation of the quality the

similar to installed equipment at the world's

leading manufacturers such as «Nestle»,

«Hipp», «Nutrisia» and «Humana».

Our Baby cereals are produced by roller

drying method, which is allows to maintain all

the useful properties of these cereals.

Manufacture to make the Pre-packing in to

the high-tech equipment «ROVEMA»,

(Germany) it’s a film (flexible package) to

pack food products without printing and with

full displacement of oxygen with nitrogen.

This prevents oxidation of the product.

From July to February our plant operates with fresh apples grown in the

sun of the Southern region of Ukraine.

From February to June the puree harvested with the

help of our own aseptic equipment company ELPO (Italy) is used.

This allows us to work only with natural raw materials during the whole

year.

All our purees are made on the basis of hypoallergenic green or yellow

apples.

To introduce the baby with different tastes we add various fruits and

vegetables (peaches, apricots, plums, berries, pumpkin, carrots, etc.)

A glass jar saves its natural flavor, color and utility of natural fruits.

No colors, preservatives or artificial flavors are used.

Juices

Base of juices - green apple. Only green apple, according to

pediatricians and nutritionists, perfect for the starting solide foods, because

It does not cause allergic reactions. Juice is a natural product, rich in iron,

potassium and calcium, B vitamins, which are necessary for the full

development of the baby's immune and cardiovascular system.

For the production of juices made from natural fresh fruits and

vegetables for babies from 4 months old or nectars recovered from

concentrate for babies from 9 months old.

Optimal combination of important for a child fruit carbohydrates,

minerals, vitamin C and organic acids is a guarantee of wellbeing and vigor

for a baby.


Juice from ripe apples is squeezed.

Maintained for at least 3 months in aseptic containers.

Removed from the sediment without the use of chemical technologies of clarification.

Juice “Karapuz“, full of natural vitamins and trace elements is produced.

The line for packaging of juices in to the Tetra Pak.

Tetra Pak equipment operates are based on the sterilization process which

includes : instant heat and cooling process and noncontact cooling process .

These processes give a guarantee to keep all the nutrients in natural juices from

fruits and vegetables. Our packaging provides convenience for the user, ease of

opening process and optimize shelf life.

line for production of water

treatment ensures optimal

water content of salts and

minerals. Our line is not used

water disinfection which

includes chlorination process

our method is based on the

activated carbon filter and UV

sterilization process.

Optimization salt and metal

occurs to reverse osmosis

membranes with high

selectivity. For this reason, the

quality of water include

international standards as well

as internal standards of

PepsiCo.
