ad network The Kansas Display Ad Network is the perfect way to blanket the state with affordable small- space advertising. Your KDAN ad will appear in more than 140 Kansas newspapers and reach more than 450,000 Kansas households. At less than a penny per household, KDAN advertising is both effective and economical. Rates. $800 for a 2x2 ad, or $1,650 for a 2x4 ad (per insertion). Rates are net to KPA. At the same rates, a 1x4 or a 1x8 ad is acceptable. Payment. To keep the network economical for advertisers, prepayment is required for ads. Checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. Deadline. The ad and payment must be received by 5 p.m. Tuesday prior to the week you want the ad to run. Run dates. The ad will run in the participating nondailies on the day they publish. It will run in the participating dailies one day during the week, which is selected by the newspaper. Tearsheets. A random tearsheet from one participating newspaper or an affidavit ensuring distribution of the ad can be provided to the advertiser upon request. Restrictions. Ads must adhere to standard ad regulations. KPA and the participating newspapers reserve thae right to reject and/or edit any ad. KPA does not accept ads that contain 1-900 numbers, 1-800 numbers that refer callers to a 1-900 number, or ads that request money for product information or samples.
