in the nationally benchmarked survey.
• Ensure transparency in disseminating results and national benchmark comparison.
• Engage staff and managers to participate in the identification of the department/unit-level top imperatives.
• Facilitate action plan development, dissemination, and implementation.
➢ Deliverables include:• One-page summary of the 2 greatest
opportunities to enhance the work environment
• Defined implementation strategies for each area of opportunity
➢ Ongoing monitoring and interim progress reports are presented to the VoN committee to ensure adherence to deliverables, removal of barriers, and promotion of best practices.

➢ With the data gleaned from a nationally benchmarked survey, the purpose of this initiative was to implement a department-specific action planning process to improve clinical nurse engagement across the medical center.
