Kettles: Make sure equipment surfaces are at room temperature. Spray or wipe product inside kettle surface to be cleaned. If using sprayer, wear goggles and avoid getting product on face. Allow up to one minute to penetrate grease and baked on carbon. Wipe clean with cloth and rinse thoroughly with potable water before reusing kettle. Ovens: Wear apron, goggles and gloves. For best results warm oven to 150 F. Turn oven off. Spray prod- uct liberally over all surfaces to be cleaned. Allow up to 10 minutes for product to work. Wipe and remove product & grime forward with a cloth. Rinse all surfaces with water. A second application may be needed for heavily soiled surfaces.
