KATELYN H. JUERLING, ASSOCIATE Katelyn Juerling is an associate attorney at Norris Choplin Schroeder LLP and represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including expungement law, family law, insurance coverage, insurance de- fense, personal injury, and wills, trusts and estates. Kate attended the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. While in law school, she was named to the Order of the Barris- ters in the intramural moot court competition and competed at a national professional responsibility moot court competition during her 3L year. She also served as the secretary for the Student Bar Association. Before attending law school, Kate attended DePauw University and was a four-year letter-winner on the NCAA women’s softball team, earning All-Conference accolades and playing in two Women’s College World Series. She graduated in 2013 with Phi Beta Kappa honors and was named a “Top 10 Scholar-Athlete.” Kate is an India- napolis native and a 2009 graduate of Cathedral High School. Kate serves as a volunteer guardian ad litem for Kids’ Voice of Indi- ana. She is a parishioner at St. Simon the Apostle Catholic Church. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing slow-pitch softball at Broad Ripple Park and cheering on the Indianapolis Colts and the Chicago Cubs.
