I’m Jordan. I am based out of Denver, Colorado and operate between Denver and Central Florida. I have a wonderful husband and a little girl named Autumn. I also love to bake, have a mild obsession with Paris and an incurable addiction to Starbucks chai tea. I watch Friends reruns weekly and can’t go to bed without checking pinterest. I also have been known to kill a bag of Harbio gummy bears in one sitting.

I shoot weddings because I love the moments that happen in them. I love capturing mom putting in her daughter’s veil with tears in her eyes, the little flower girl that fell asleep on the reception chair, the moment that your fiancé sees you in your wedding attire for the first time, couples that are just so in love and happy that they can’t help but smile from ear to ear all day long. Your wedding is a collection of moments that cannot be recreated, and I’m thankful that so many have entrusted me to capture them.

THE PROCESS; WHAT TO EXPECT

We meet and chat about your wedding and talk about your wedding day and schedule an engagement session.

We go over your wedding day timeline and any questions you may have.

We chat about your wedding dress and swoon over shoes. (ok, not always, but we could!)

I confi rm everything with you about a week from your wedding date.

I show up at the scheduled time and take your wedding photos.

About 4-6 weeks later, I schedule a viewing with you at your home if possible. The next day, I put your gallery up. Your images are given to you on a personalized USB drive and if purchased, the design of your album has begun.

Any additional items purchased are delivered.

You fl ip through your custom album and stare at your gorgeous wall canvases in pure marital bliss.

“Jordan makes you feel COMFORTABLE. Hugely important. Having pictures taken can be awkward and produce feelings of self-consciousness . However, not only does Jordan make you feel at ease and natural, she makes the process an enjoyable one. Constantly calm and reassuring, Jordan effortlessly constructs masterful photos without you even realizing it has happened. We never felt any pressure to look or be a certain way around her, she brought out us simply being ourselves.” -Caroline Mendez

ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS

Engagement sessions are included with several collections and highly encouraged. Why? Because I think it’s imperative to get to know each other before your wedding day. It lets me get to know you as a couple, you get to know me and you can get comfortable in front of my lens. Plus, they’re very relaxed and lots of fun.

These sessions are tailored to you as a couple. Huge Bronco’s fan? Lets take them at the stadium. Love the outdoors? Let’s head into the mountains or take them on a trail. Love downtown? Meet you at Larimer Square. Beer fanatics? Let’s grab one at your favorite bar. It’s all about your story.

THE WEDDING DAY

Hooray! It’s fi nally here! All your hard work and planning has come to an end and you get to dress up and marry the love of your life. Here’s how I usually time out the day:

3-4 Hours before the ceremony - Start detail and getting ready images. Shoot the couple individually with their attendants.

30 minutes before the ceremony - end all formal photos so that the bride and groom can relax and won’t be seen by guests.

Ceremony coverage.

Family photos (this usually takes around 30 minutes).

Wedding party and couple photos (anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on your schedule).*

Reception coverage.

*This can change if the couple ops to do a “fi rst look.” Depending on your situation and timeline I may suggest this for you. It can save time between the ceremony and reception so you can have fun with your guests.

During the wedding day there are times when I will quietly photograph and remain “behind the scenes” to capture the essence of your day as it naturally unfolds. Other times, such as family, wedding party and couple portrait time I’ll direct to get the photos taken quickly and smoothly so you can enjoy the reception.

“Jordan got our pictures back to us quickly which was nice. I have heard from other brides that it took a really long time to get their pictures. I feel like I didn’t even really have to wait. I am thankful to have these pictures to last a lifetime, and thankful for a great photographer who takes pride in her work. I would defi nitely recommend Jordan to others in the future.” -Emily Crumpler
