• TheJobsforAmerica’sGraduatesmodelimprovesoverallemploymentfor16–24year-oldsbyone-thirdanddoublestherateofemploymentforthemostat-riskanddisadvantagedyouth;

•$451,482perdropoutinlostearnings,taxrevenue,andhealthandcriminaljusticeexpensesovertheirlifetime.Itcostsroughly$625toserveastudentinourprograms–anincrediblereturnoninvestment!

•Thejobmarketisespeciallytoughforminorityyoungpeopleinourstate.In2011,AfricanAmericanyouthages18–24hadanemploymentrateof35.7percent.NativeAmericans31percentandHispanics(24percent).Highunemploymentcanharmayoungperson’slifetimeearningpotential.
