Mike Frawley has been a tremendous advocate for the SwissQprint printer line, he shows a deeppassion for the product and brand that is evident the moment you meet him.

In addition, Mike has a shown fantastic post sale follow up. The majority of salesmen we have worked with in the past will follow up once or twice after the sale and you would rarely hear from them after that. We are going on about 20 months since we purchased our Impala and Mikestill calls or stops in every few months to see how things are going. He has also been one of the few people at Polytype that seem to understand the large format market and the sense of urgencythat is needed when a service issue comes up or when ink or parts are needed.
