Summer School 2020 on European Business Law 7.–11. September 2020 Focus: Interna�onal Commercial Contracts The 2020 Wuerzburg Summer School will focus on Interna�onal Commercial Contracts. A general course which will be held every day, covering primarily Private Interna�onal Law and Inter- na�onal Civil Procedure, will be supplemented by special lectures on selected subjects such as Interna�onal Credit and Security (Prof. Dr. Caro- line Rupp), Interna�onal Commercial Arbitra�on (Prof. Dr. Florian Bien), Interna�onal Sales Law (PD Dr. Olaf Meyer), Interna�onal So� Law and lex mercatoria (Dr. Sören Segger-Piening) and Regulatory Compe��on in Corporate Law (Prof. Dr. Christoph Teichmann), The workshops will focus on compara�ve law (contracts in general, sales law, secured transac- �ons, corporate law) so that students have the opportunity to compare the legal systems they are coming from and explore the background for conflicts of laws and jurisdic�ons, interna�onal legal unfica�on, arbitra�on and regulatory compe��on.
