RCMJD FRIENDSRCM
JD FRIENDS
The RCMJD Friends make a great contribution to the life of the RCM Junior Department. Their support enables the Junior Department to undertake various financial outlays that would not otherwise be possible. These include:
the commissioning of new music from leading composers for JD ensembles to perform
the hiring of a major external venue for the RCMJD Summer term Symphony Orchestra concert
the purchase of new instruments, cases, equipment, and the restoration of those in need of repair
the purchase of sheet music for our choirs and orchestras.
Becoming an RCMJD Friend is an ideal way to support us in providing this unique musical experience for so many talented youngsters. Friends enjoy a range of benefits and also have the opportunity to join the Friends Committee who provide more hands-on support.
HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE RCMJD FRIENDSMembership costs just £30 per year and additional donations are always welcome. For further information or to join the RCMJD Friends, please email [email protected]
The Friends of the Royal College of Music Junior Department is an independent charity and is UK Registered Charity No 278116.
