➤ A refundable security deposit of RMB 50,000 will be required from all registered bidders.

➤ Administrative fee: 10% of lots selling for RMB15000 or less; 2.5% on lots selling for more than RMB15000 (max. RMB6000 per lot).

Payment ➤ All domestic payments are to be made in China RMB. Accepted methods of payment include wire transfer, bank debit card.

➤ Foreign payments may be made by wire transfer in any foreign currency in an equivalent to your China RMB purchases. The purchaser should think about the foreign exchange risk.

➤ All purchases must be paid in full within seven (7) days of the auction. No purchases may be removed from the auction yard until paid in full.

➤ For complete wire transfer payment information, please refer to your pro-forma auction invoice.

Visa Information ➤ In order to attend Ritchie Bros.’ auction in China you will need to obtain a visa. The visa requirements of the Chinese Embassy in each country may vary. Please first contact the Chinese Embassy or consulate in your country to find out the requirements for getting a visa to China.

➤ Ritchie Bros. can provide the invitation letter for foreigners, but its function is limited to assisting you with the visa, Ritchie Bros. will not make any guarantee for your itinerary.

➤ If necessary, please send a scan of your passport and travel plan to China to twang@rbauction.com.
