I don’t have a login, what do I do?
My SAP isn’t working. how do I fix it?
When are my work hours due?
Check your Texas State email. If the email isn’t in your inbox, check your spam folder as well. If you don’t have an email within the first week of work, contact ITAC at 5-4822.
Contact ITAC. They will check the status of your account and walk you through what you need to do in order to fix it.
All departments should have a sheet showing when time is due. If not, contact your supervisor. It’s recommended to enter your time worked on a weekly basis or at the end of each shift. Look below for a calendar of payroll deadlines!

LBJ Student Center building from June to August as we welcome new Bobcats to our school. If you see someone looking lost, be sure to point them in the right direction.
You’re one of the first faces many of these Bobcats-to-be will see, so do your best to leave a good first impression!
Happy Summer LBJ Staff,Summer 2016 at the LBJ Student Center will
be a buzz of activity for orientation as well as busy project and program administration from Student Involvement, PALM and Operations as they prepare for another record-breaking fall semester of incoming freshmen. As always, we want to make sure our building looks great and our team is friendly and helpful. The LBJ Student Center is where most parents and prospective students start their introduction to Texas State. The impression that we and our building makes matters! Thank you student staff and full-time staff for the amazing job you do for all of our students and guests. You all make the LBJ Student Center a great place for our new and current students to come and Get Involved!
This summer we will also be working on a number of upgrades to our building. These include…
• Office furniture for the Graduate Student office suite• Lounge Furniture for the fourth floor study lounge• Video games and bar menu for George’s• Meeting room upgrades for furniture, AV, and lighting• Student Involvement glass doors• Painting and repairs to various locationsLet’s have a safe and fun summer and be sure to soak up lots of
sunshine and jump in the San Marcos river from time to time.
