THE HARTFORD APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
START YOUR CAREER ON THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS
Here’s our curriculum for 2020-2022.
May 2020: Enroll at Minneapolis Community and Technical College (MCTC).
June 2020: Begin your apprenticeship with on-the-job training and a learning lab.
Summer 2020: Earn $15.00/hour while receiving training and working at The Hartford full time with benefits included.
Fall 2020-Spring 2021: Continue coursework while working part time at The Hartford.
Summer 2021: Work part time or full time at The Hartford.
Winter 2021-Summer 2022: Complete any remaining coursework while working part time or full time at The Hartford. Graduate with nationally recognized credentials to a full-time job in our Claims department.

• You can pass our required background check.
