The year has started off great! Our membership signing is up from last year at this time and we are moving forward very strong. Lets keep up the good work and sign up your friends and family so they can have a great time with us here at the lodge. We just got done with our Moosefest and what a great time we had. The bands were great, food was great and the weather even though it started out a little wet it turned out to be wonderful weekend. I want to thank all the great members and volunteers who stepped up and helped us put on a great weekend. Without all your help we could not have had such a great event. I hope you had a great time, I know I did working with all of you, you rock. And kudos to the Moosefest committee who put this all together. Everything worked out great and your input made this another successful Moosefest. Let's get going on next years event, and anyone who wants to help just contact myself or anyone on the committee. We can rock it bigger next year.International Convention is coming up next month and I hope I can bring back some great ideas from other lodge on what they do to get their members more involved. The best part of going is meeting lodge and chapter members from all over the country. They are some of the nicest people around and we have fun. So I hope to see you all here at the lodge very soon. If you have a idea we can try let me know. My office door is always open for you and new ideas.Millenially yours; Your Gov, Joe Matteucci

I wish you all a happy and safe 4th of July. Enjoy and celebrate with family and friends. The WOTM will have a meeting on July 3rd, but we will move the activity to the 3rd Tuesday to make sure more coworkers will be at the meeting to enjoy the activity planned for July.

The Kenosha Lodge will be closed on Wed, July 4th, which means there will be NO Bingo.

The Moose International Convention is July 11th-15th in New Orleans. I am looking forward to attending my 1st International Convention this year. Because of coworkers being gone on July 11th, we could use some extra help in the kitchen.

Our 2nd Annual Moose Fest is in the books. Even though the grounds were wet, we still had a great weekend and everyone had a lot of fun. I hope you were able to make it out to listen to some wonderful bands, enjoy some great food and have a lot of fun!

Our Volunteer Coworker of the Month for July is Kellee Abozoglai. Congratulations to Kellee! We appreciate everything you do!

I would love to see you at one of our meetings which are held on the First and Third Tuesdays at 7 PM. The Lucky Lady raffle was won by Patti Mason so she won a $10 voucher to use at Victoria's Care in the Lodge.

On July 28th, we will be hosting a WOTM training. Everyone is welcome to attend. Diana Reed will be the session leader in Kenosha. Let me know if you would like to attend or if you have any questions about the training. Please let us know ASAP so we can get a count to Diana and so we will have enough food for lunch. The training is $10 and lunch will be $5.

Sincerely,

Joanne Horner, Senior Regent
