Super Business ValueDeliverer….P Krishna Prasadon winning two prestigiousawards -

NASSCOM IT User Enter-prise Value Award- Vertical:Media & Entertainment

Animation Express Award

NASSCOM IT User Enter-prise Value Awards acknowl-edged eight organisations and

their people using InformationTechnology to deliver businessvalue by creating competitiveadvantage, optimising businessprocesses, enabling revenuegrowth or improving relation-ships with customers.

The Award is applicableto large enterprises as well asmid-sized companies operat-ing in the Indian market. Spe-cial criteria for nomination areplaced to ensure that mid-sizedcompanies get valid represen-tation within each sector and acomparable platform duringevaluation.

Enterprise Value canbroadly be evaluated in termsof financial impact, strategicimpact, customer impact andoperational impact. The im-pact was measured keeping theperiod for which the impactwas felt in perspective, for ex-ample, the impact on short-term revenue or long-term rev-enues. It was also measuredwith a perspective to the levelof innovation in adopting tech-nology.

It was taken into accountthat the natural assumptiontendency would be that largercompanies would have themost interesting and highestvalue technology; in actualfact, some smaller companiesmay be doing very innovativethings and providing morevalue, relatively speaking, fortheir enterprise. The method-ology strove to ensure the mid-size segment got an equal

opportunity and valid repre-sentation within each vertical. In a short chat with KohinoorTimes (KT) Mr P KrishnaPrasad (PKP) said –

KT: Which category of ‘IndiaIT User Awards 2006’ were youawarded for?PKP: Media & EntertainmentVertical

KT: What contribution did youmake to achieve this award?PKP: We at Crest Technologydesigned Grid Computing(HPTC - High performancethru-put computing) usingOpen source tools, by whichwe enhanced the Performanceof Rendering (Image - compu-tation) from 3X to 4X speed

when compared to readilyavailable "Network JobSubmission Tools".

Using these tools we savedIT-Out flow of the company byusing - Open Source Linux andOpen Source Grid tools todevelop a High-performanceRendering Tool "RenderMAX" in-house.

Also because of the 3X to

4X speed increase in theperformance of renderingusing "RenderMAX", we savedequally large out-flow of IT-purchase (Hardware inventory- server, LAN switches, Stor-age, Space, Power, AC, Ca-bling, Engineers).

KT: What were the criteria onwhich the winners wereselected?PKP: NASSCOM IT User

Enterprise Value Awardshonorees are chosen afterextensive research by an expertjury team, based on informa-tion submitted in the applica-tion.

NASSCOM collects dataon IT usage from 300 compa-nies across key verticals, andinvites applications for awards. The companies are evaluatedon various criteria (such as fi-nancial, strategic, customerand operational impact, and 70companies are selected acrossthe key verticals. These com-panies are measured againstevaluation criteria laid out formeasuring ‘Enterprise Value’.The short-listed companies arepresented to the jury.

The jury then identifieswinners within each vertical. These winners then make afive-minute presentation (byverticals) at an event, in a pre-defined format to ensurehomogenity in presentations. The jury presides over the pre-sentations and selects an ‘Over-all Best Enterprise ValueAward’ winner based on pre-set criteria.

KT: Anything more you wouldlike to share with our readers?PKP: We are the only companyand technical team equippedwith this special skill I have de-scribed earlier. We built this toolover a period of three years ofintense research and hard work.To be specific, no media and en-tertainment company in thewhole of the Asia-Pacific regionhas deployed such high-perfor-mance engineering.

Today IT drives most ofthe large to mid-sizeorganisations in various seg-ments across the globe. As a

technology head I consider itmy mission to give theorganisation the best ofsolutions with the best costadvantage so that ourorganisation has a cutting edgeover its nearest competitorempowering us to give our cus-tomers the advantage ofquicker product delivery time.

I am also happy that wewon another award, the Ani-mation Express Award.

MalishkaI was looking around for aplace for quite some timenow. These days there aremany projects coming up inthe vicinity. But none of themcaught my interest. The stra-tegic location of the placemakes it convenient for me

to go to any part of the city. Ialso believe in investing for thefuture. I saw a lot of potentialin this place. When I first sawthe sample flat, my heart toldme that this was the placewhere I would like to live. Iknew it was my ultimate desti-nation. I hope we keep getting

the best from Kohinoor fur-ther too.

P Krishna PrasadKohinoor City is one of thebest places to stay in the citytoday. It is simple and unique.I liked the fact that unlikemany other constructions, this

place has just four flats on afloor. That doesn’t make thefloor too congested. The otherfact I liked about KohinoorCity is that it is a seven-floorbuilding. Not too big and nottoo small, just appropriate.Apart from the features ofKohinoor City, the location

and the competitive pricemargin it offered impressedme a lot. The project is ex-cellent. Kohinoor is a veryprecious diamond and I cansay that these people havekept up the reputation of thatname. It is indeed a realKohinoor!

M y journey with Kohinoor City began on 20

September 2005. Sincethen I have lived everymoment in the making ofKohinoor City. I can stillclearly recall my first visitto the City site. It was aSunday and I was abso-lutely mesmerised by thebeauty of the site. Inoticed that the site wascentrally located in anarea like Kurla-Vidyavihar, yet peacefuland green. I appreciatedthe vision of our CMD,Mr Unmesh Joshi, whocould foresee the potentialof this site. Mr Sandeep

Shikre, architect of theKohinoor City project, introduced me to the conceptof a City within Mumbaicity. He gave me a detailedaccount of all the featuresthat were to be incorporatedin the project. I was totallyimpressed with the wonder-ful city mix of residential, commercial, retail and a hostof amenities so that theinhabitants of Kohinoor Citywould not need to step out ofthe City for their day-to-dayneeds. I also felt proud to bepart of an organisation whichdoes not dwell on a profit-oriented approach but givesutmost importance todelivering quality andpampering the customer towin customer satisfaction anddelight.

My predecessor,Mr Nathan Andrews, whoheaded the project before Itook over, played a pivotalrole in shaping Mr UnmeshJoshi’s vision into tangibleplans. Our efficient realestate team made this journeynot just possible but anenjoyable experience. Ifondly recall the diligentefforts of my colleagues Bijal,Sarita, Deepa, Himanshu,Nidhi, Deshna and Justin, who are not part of the teamtoday, but did a splendid job

while they were with us. Mycurrent marketing andadministration team Anisha,Mitesh, Avinash, Krutika,Archana and Geeta havebeen putting in their bestefforts to make this project ahuge success. Our engineer-ing team leaders Mr AjitMhatre (earlier) and MrJayant Bhalerao and MrSudesh Bhelekar (now) aremen of great calibre. Theyare the ones who brought lifeto plans (on paper) bytransforming them intoconcrete buildings. Our sitesecurity pillar, Mr RohintonKhambata, is a one-manarmy. He has been with ussince day one, taking care ofthe security of the site. I amone hundred per cent certainthat Kohinoor City is secure24x7x12 in Mr Khambata’shands. To express my truefeelings, I feel blessed that Iam working with suchdynamic people.

Our approach tocustomers has always beenwarm and friendly. Service toour customer takes toppriority. For us, our customeris the undisputed monarch, aking or queen. We work hardday in and day out to meetevery possible need orrequest of our customers andtry to make sure that they are

not only satisfied butdelighted with our services. Imay add that this customer-oriented approach stems fromthe hospitality background ofthe Kohinoor Group. Wealways believe in giving ourcustomers the best, andnothing but the best we canoffer; no compromise there. This is the Kohinoor culture.Today, I feel immenselysatisfied and contented whenI see a distinct sparkle in theeyes of our customers. Whenpeople had come to us forbooking flats or offices wecould clearly see the dreamsin their eyes. Today, after allour sincere hard work andefforts, when I see thosedreams being realised, itgives me immense joy andsatisfaction.

Every day when theKohinoor City street lightsstart glowing, I see the citycoming to life. The happinessI feel in my heart is beyondthe realm of words todescribe. I can’t stop myselffrom wondering - how willKohinoor City look whentwo years down the line ourwhole project will becomplete with a mall, offices, schools, hotel, healthclub, the works! Howsplendid will that site (sight)be! I’m sure once the City is

complete, Kohinoor Citywill be one of the mostsought after locations inthe bustling city ofMumbai. After all, itwill be a beautifultownship that is centrallylocated and the bestconnected!

Needless to say, Iam grateful to ourcustomers for placingfaith in us and investingtheir hard-earned moneywith Kohinoor; and I amsure they will agree thatit was a wise investmentwhich has given themcompounded value formoney. All this couldnot have been accom-plished without thesupport of my real estateteam. I take this opportu-nity to thank each andevery one of them. I amsure they will understandthat I cannot name all ofthem here. But most ofall, I would like to thankMr Unmesh Joshi forentrusting me with thechallenging task ofheading the KohinoorCity project. Let meassure you, Sir, that I shallcontinue to strive to liveup to the faith you haveplaced in me and give mybest to the project.

Your Office, As You Like It...

Your Own Office Tower As You Fancy it

With all the exclusive advantagesKohinoor City offers (see Pages 6and 7), do you need to look any

further to set up your dream office? Surelynot. The very fact that so many prestigiousbusiness giants, banks, financial, healthcareand educational institutions have opted loudand clear to shift base or set up shop inBandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) over theerstwhile preferred South Mumbai, whichwas a great status symbol, is reason enough toset you thinking. A very simple but wise adageof yore is – ‘The early bird catches the worm...and the prize catch.’ Today BKC is the happen-ing place. ICICI Towers, IL&FS, AmericanSchool, Dhirubhai Ambani InternationalSchool, National Stock Exchange (NSE), AsianHeart Hospital are all in BKC. Even the newDiamond Bourse is coming up in BKC. Need wesay anything more? Just think of the tremendouscost advantage of the early entrants into BKC.By being early investors, they must have saved afortune. The same was the case with Powaiabout a decade ago.

With the current commercial prices inBKC spiralling skyward steeply enough togive vertigo to the Small and Medium Entre-preneur (SME), these SMEs would certainlyneed to look for more affordable alternativesoffering the same, or even better, advantagesof connectivity and a host of other conve-

niences a City-in-City like Kohinoor Cityoffers. Just mull over this.

Kohinoor City is strategically located atKurla-Vidyavihar in the heart of themegapolis of Mumbai (Mumbai City andGreater Mumbai suburbs) and is one of thebest connected projects, whether it is the city, central or western suburbs.

Just 3 km. from BKC, the fast progressingbusiness hub of Mumbai. Within 3 km. radius from the domestic and

international airports. Within walking distance from Vidyavihar

and Kurla stations if you commute by train. Also close to Kurla Terminus. Upcoming metro railways will make it

even more convenient. Direct bus links to Andheri, Sion, Bandra,

Mulund, Ghatkopar and South Mumbai ifyou prefer to take a bus. Even Saki Naka is not too far (normally a

12-minute drive).

And the icing on the cake It will be directly connected to the upcom-

ing double decker Santa Cruz - Chembur LinkFlyover, less than a kilometre’s drive.

There’s more too - Ample parking space.

Excellent round-the-clock security andsurveillance systems. Kohinoor City will house sumptuous food

courts, fine dining restaurants, banquet facili-ties (all convenient for you and your staff), a100-room luxury hotel (convenient for yourguests) and a multi-specialty hospital to takecare of your healthcare needs. Open spaces, plenty of greenery, fresh air to

bust stress or unwind.Kohinoor City offers 7.5 lakh square feet

of office spaces for you to choose from. Theoffices are being constructed amidst exquisitelandscaping and well-planned surroundings. AtKohinoor City, international standards are astrict norm through the entire developmentfrom landscaping to the impact on the environ-ment at large.

Kohinoor City offers the best deal incommercial spaces to customers. The officespaces (in Kohinoor City Mall) comprise twotowers each of six floors.

The bi-level basement car park canaccommodate 650 cars at a time. True to itscustomer-oriented approach, there will be apublic address system to add convenience tothe car calling system.

The ground and first floors are for retail, second for food courts and the rest of the fourfloors are reserved for office spaces. So thattakes care of your shopping needs too.

Built-to-suit officesApart from exclusive office elevations (designed by our

expert team of architects) atop the mall overlooking eye-soothinggreenery, Kohinoor City offers customers the exclusive option of‘built-to-suit offices’ as per individual requirement, as theproject is still under construction. So you don’t have to waste anytime or money making changes in your office later, but can getyour office done as you want it while it is being constructed.

Built-to-suit towersThis is something too good to be true. Kohinoor City has a

novel innovative offer for large investors, the opportunity ofhaving their own ‘built-to-suit exclusive office towers andspaces’, a revolutionary concept in owning and leasing offices. The Kohinoor City plan includes four such built-to-suit towerspaces of one lakh square feet each. So you can have your ownexclusive office tower or cash in on the lease rentals projected togive investors handsome returns.

Year 2007 witnessed a mind-boggling rise in the real estatemarket and the trend continues in 2008. The property rates inMumbai, residential and commercial, are still witnessing newheights, especially in BKC and the proximal areas.

But at Kohinoor City, which is located very close to BKC,you can set up your office to suit your discerning taste at aboutone-third what you would have to pay in BKC. So what are youwaiting for? ‘The early bird catches the worm… and the prizecatch,’ remember?

“V B HaribhaktiChairman and Senior Partner, Haribhakti Group

I got to know about Kohinoor City through a friend of mine. Sincewe have major expansion plans, we went to see the project and werevery impressed with what was laid in front of us. As the project isnear BKC and is available at such competitive prices we didn’t feelthe need to go out and hunt anywhere else. I had complete faith inthe builders and was also happy with the service and the salesteam. The sales team was very helpful and it all resulted in mytaking the final decision and choosing the perfect place for myoffice. We got all we wanted at one place.

K K JainDirector, National Leasing Limited

The proximity of the place to BKC attracted mein the first place. As I found out the details ofthe project, I was very impressed. The rates werealso quite impressive as they were one-third ofwhat BKC offered though it is just 10 minutesaway from there. I liked the township plan verymuch and also booked a residential flat. To behonest, I did have some apprehension in the be-ginning as this was my first transaction with thegroup but eventually when I met Mr Atul Modakand his sales team and had a word withMr Unmesh Joshi, all my apprehensions van-ished into thin air. I liked their warm friendlyapproach, which is not seen among others today. The project is developing fast and I am satisfiedwith their service. I have full faith in themanagement and the group.

We were looking for a new serene andspacious office space. We looked at manyproperties but didn’t like anything. One daywe stumbled upon Kohinoor City CommercialSpaces and immediately visited the site. Wewent through the plan and liked it. We alsoliked the location for its excellent connectiv-ity making commuting very easy for mycolleagues.Though so close to BKC, it wasvery reasonably priced. I’m sure a few yearsdown the line this place will be the hottestbuy in the eastern suburbs. Considering allthese things we thought Kohinoor City wasthe most suitable place for our office.

Siraj G S AnsariDirector, Royal Fibre

Theamenities offered wereamazing and that too by therenowned and trustedKohinoor builders. I knew I’llget whatever was promised. The experience has beenamazing by far!

I was very impressed with the townshipconcept that was laid in front of me whenI visited the site office for the first time. The location of the place is also such thatthe schools and offices are very close to ourhouse. My experience with Kohinoor hasbeen really very good. The staff was alwaysquite helpful and patiently answered allmy queries all the time. From the begin-ning I’ve received homely treatment and Ialways felt like a part of it. Thecustomisation phenomenon was very goodtoo. I can proudly say I played a vital rolein the making of my house. Thanks toKohinoor!

The residential complex atKohinoor City is par excellenceand there is no second thought onthat. The apartments are a classicexample of quality deliverance. The best part is everything will benear my home, be it a hospital, school, hotel or mall. I’m ex-tremely satisfied with my newhome.

While looking around for a house I didn’t want to make any sort of compromise at all, butnothing was clicking until I got to know about Kohinoor City. It was comfortable and thepricing was very reasonable. Every time we visited the site, it was a homely feeling thatengulfed us; such warmth and comfort Kohinoor gave me. The security is better here thanmany other residential societies. I’m happy and a satisfied Kohinoor Cityzen!“

Initially it was just the convenient location that drove my eyeto this construction but then I realised that this place wasmuch more than just being a convenient location. This was theplace where I would get my dream home. Everybody lovesquality work and I am no exception. The developers havetried their level best to meet international standards ofquality by providing various amenities to customers. Thebuildings and the project on the whole was visually veryappealing and the staff members made it easier for me to makemy decision. I loved the customisation service for each flatthat the developers provided. I’m happy I have got more thanwhat I had expected from this place.

Apoorva KulkarniSenior HR Professional

I’m extremely satisfied and happy with my journey withKohinoor. Since Mr Unmesh Joshi and Mr Atul Modakhave been supervising the entire project personally, italways felt as if my apartment was given a personal touchin its making. The customisation concept was the best ofall. It gave me an opportunity to design my home myself. The staff at Kohinoor has been extremely co-operative andorganised. We got more than what we were promised andthat makes me happier. Within six years this place will beon par with High Street Phoenix.

I booked my flat in Kohinoor City in 2005. Since thetime of booking till date, I have a pleasant experi-ence of meeting Kohinoor City officials. Everyperson that I have dealt with has been very helpfuland very professional in his/her approach. At thetime of booking Ms. Sarita, Ms. Bijal and Mr.Himanshu helped me to understand the project andinfluenced my decision to book a flat at this beauti-ful place. Mr. Atul Modak and Ms. Archana Dhawlehave always been very helpful over the last twoyears. I could call up Ms. Archana at any time duringthe office hours and she would be there ready withall the needed information in her unique andpleasant way of presentation. I would like to takethis opportunity to wish Kohinoor ConstructionManagement all the best for Kohinoor City project aswell as for their future projects.

The Kohinoor City ad in Economic Times, sentme dashing to book my flat in Kohinoor City. From day one, Kohinoor front office has beenvery courteous and approachable, patientlyanswering any query, be it about a flat, school, mall, or any other query . The construction isfabulous. Everything from the kitchen cabinetsto floor tiles is awesome. Small but importantaspects like telephone lines, gas connection, broadband, etc had been taken care of, makingmy apartment ideal to move in. I’m grateful toMr Atul Modak and his team for extendinggreat support in the last two years. I returnedto my Swades from abroad and found my dreamhome in Kohinoor City.

A Kohinoor Cityzen?Mr MajidReal Estate Consultant

Western suburbs are alreadydeveloped and over a period oftime now it’s the eastern suburbsof Mumbai that are gaining moreimpetus and coming up in a bigway. The location of this place isexcellent. I’m more than satis-fied and happy with my decisionof purchasing a flat here. Thedevelopers have done an excel-lent job in developing this place.I think they have done justice tothe location. I’m sure in the nextfew years this is going to be oneof the best buys in the city.

Mr Sameer SaxenaAsst. Manager - SalesKodak India Ltd

When I first heard aboutthe project and camehere, I was a bit appre-hensive initially, butwhen I learnt about theentire project I wasextremely impressedwith the concept of aCity within the citylimits. My office is easilyaccessible from here. With a hospital and mallcoming up, it willcertainly make life mucheasier. All the doubtsand apprehensions werecleared from my mindwhen I learnt more aboutthe developers. As I gotto know them I startedtrusting them and Iknew my money was insafe hands. I’m notsatisfied withKohinoor… I’m morethan satisfied!

Kohinoor CitySets the PaceCustomisation is of paramount importance in real estate todayand with its customer-oriented approach, Kohinoor City is set tochange the face of the Kurla-Vidyavihar belt

Kohinoor City is aimedat being an exemplarytownship, a city-in

city with all conceivablefacilities and conveniencesfor its esteemed Cityzens.

But that is not all thatsets Kohinoor City in a classof its own. Deep concern andcaring stemming from theheart for the customers, theirneeds and convenience is thepivot around which theKohinoor City team works.

Says Project Head AtulModak, “Realty is no moresynonymous with theerstwhile cut and dry‘builder’approach. Now realestate has become a part ofthe service industry, for weare providing a home to thecustomer; and people don’tchange homes that easily.Besides, they also get senti-mentally attached to theirhomes. So it is important thatwe provide the customer withthe kind of home s/he wants. So customisation takes on arole of paramount impor-tance.”

This philosophypercolates right through theKohinoor City marketing

team, which isproactive inanticipating thecustomer’s needsand promptlymeeting them.

Customisationdrives began bygiving customers awide choice in theselection of tiles, fittings, modularkitchen design andelements, bathroomtiles and fittings. Theteam also went over-seas with all thesamples so that theirexpatriate customerscould also get the benefitof the customisationdrive. The flats were thendesigned accordingly, customised to the individualchoice of each customer. Andmind you, all this at no extracost.

This was followed by aHome Utility Fair wherereputed vendors like Croma,Asian Paints, Ambience(Indoline) and DeepamElectricals displayed anddemonstrated their productsoffering them to Kohinoor

customers at dis-counted rates. This gaveKohinoor Cityzens a goldenchance to choose everythingfrom a name plate to furni-ture for their dream homes allunder one roof; and that tooat special rates, while thevendors made encouragingbusiness. So it was win-winall the way for both thevendors and KohinoorCityzens.

The team was not justsatisfied with colour charts

but went so far as to get AsianPaints to paint a single wall, giving different effects insome of the flats so thatcustomers could actually seethe final effect.

The team is constantlycoming up with innovativeideas. The next innovativemove is to come out with aKohinoor City UtilityHandbook

giving detailedinformation about utilityservices and productsavailable in the vicinity ofKohinoor City.

“Our personalisedcustomer-oriented approachhas paid off. We are alreadyfeeling the difference in thePodium Garden Phasebookings. We can feel theirwarmth and faith in us whenthey approach us. We haveour Phase I customers tothank for this. On our part,we shall continue oursingular drive of ensuring

It is with pride and delight we are writing thisletter to say we are the proud owners of flat133,134 from 2nd December 2007.

This is just an appreciation letter to yourorganisation for the work and effort your staff hasput in to make our stay comfortable. If it is not for allwho worked for this organisation our stay so soonwould not have been possible.

After taking possession of the flats we noticedsome defects. But your staff were prompt and effec-tive and got all our problems solved.

The amenities are good and we are satisfied withmost of the facilities provided. But there is still roomfor expectation from our side.

Like future maintenance and co-operation. Allyour staff are extremely co-operative and patient.

Our special thanks go out to Mr Modak (a thor-ough gentleman) Archana Madam, cool, efficient andpatient. We miss Bijal, Sarita who have been helpful.Avinash is always ready to help. Mr Paradkarpromptly solved our telephone and cable problems.A special mention and sincere thanks to Anil (in-charge of maintenance). He’s been very obliging, sin-cere and prompt. And our special thanks to the oneswe have missed mentioning.

Dear Mr Joshi, you have changed the face ofKurla with Kohinoor City.

Priscilla and Walter Buthello

Our search for a new house began almost three years ago, We visited severalprojects in Central and Eastern Mumbai. Though we looked for propertiesin and around the central belt, a home in this vicinity was our first prefer-

ence. At that time, there were no good proposals in and around this vicinity. Then one day, we heard about a project that was going to come up opposite our

current residence. We lost no time in contacting Kohinoor. We still remember ourfirst visit to the Kohinoor office at Dadar. We were greeted by none other than MrAtul Modak who was quite surprised by our knowledge on this project. The planswere still under finalisation and they were yet to receive the final layout. Kohinoorwas getting customer enquiries even before the project was underway.

Although we wanted to book a flat at Kohinoor City right away, we had to waitfor some time till the bookings were open. What was bothering us was, if the projectwould be within our reach, would it be catering to a certain community or would itbe cosmopolitan? The other aspect of apprehension was related to the hidden costfactor. Still undecided, we kept looking at other projects in and around our vicinity. At that moment, we were under a lot of pressure from various competitors of theKohinoor Group to invest in their projects. We were in a dilemma. The Kohinoorproject was still to take off. Here Mr Atul Modak convinced us that the projectwould take off soon and it would make more commercial sense. The facilities, infrastructure to be provided by Kohinoor were far better than what their competi-tors were offering. Our trust in Mr Atul Modak has paid off today. But we werebowled over by the transparency and sincere attitude of the Kohinoor team and wereadily booked a flat in Kohinoor City.

The one great thing about the project is the Kohinoor marketing team. Hats off,Kohinoor has the best customer service team that surely makes each and everycustomer feel important and cared for.

Finally, we have got a home that has satisfied all our expectations.

Dilip and Judith Sequeira

customer delight,” adds AtulModak.

The Kohinoor CityProject Head has an interestingtake on Kohinoor City.“Kurla was never a covetedlocation, but Kohinoor Citywill change that perception.Bandra-Kurla Complex(BKC) was once a ‘no man’sland’ shunned as it was closeto the largest slum in Asia,Dharavi. Today, it is thehappening place withcorporate giants andfinancial bigwigs setting upshop in BKC – ICICI Bank,Citibank, SBI, NABARD,UTI, IL&FS, Wockhardt,Asian Heart Hospital,Dhirubhai AmbaniInternational School,American School, AryaVidya Mandir, to namejust a few. Even thediamond bourse and thehuge MMRDA conven-tion centre are comingup at BKC. Just goes toshow the shifting realtyfocus and it has beenofficially declared theimminent Nariman

Point of Mumbai.“Kohinoor City is just a

few kilometres away fromBKC. With our sacrosanctcustomisation approach I amconfident that Kohinoor Citywill change the face of theKurla-Vidyavihar belt. Wehave set the pace with Phase Iof Kohinoor City. But this isjust the beginning. As the citygrows and takes shape, notonly will people be delightedto be Kohinoor Cityzens, butKohinoor City will alsoelevate the value of theKurla-Vidyavihar belt,” heconcludes confidently.

We Are Deeply Grateful- Kohinoor City Team
