Big Night is a story about two Italian immigrant brothers, Primo and Secondo, who in the 1950s came to a small New Jersey seaside town to open an Italian restaurant. Through a series of comical gyrations and confrontations with competitor restaurateur Pascal, the brothers attempt to make their restaurant a success. A contrived scheme of trickery and falsehoods results in an unexpected climax to the story that can be characterized by the Italian saying, “You can only be betrayed by those you trust.” The class will be treated to a story involving romance, mystery, humor, colorful language and, of course, “mangia, mangia, mangia.” We will watch the movie Big Night during the second session of this class to help prepare you for the OLLI Bar Bosco Big Night Festa.

But back pain behaves differently from person to person and un-derstanding the behavior of the pain opens up possibilities to more effective treatments. Teaching people about pain and instruction in self-treatments based on the mechanical presentation is key to finding a solu-tion.
