WEEK 1 July 6 to July 10 Monday, July 6 Monday Masterchef The children will need to put their chef hats on for this one as they get creative and make their own pizzas. Tuesday, July 7 Lazerblaze & Full of Fun An action packed filled day with something for our older kids and something for our little tackers. Children 7 years and over will have the choice of battling it out at Lazerblaze Malaga or coming along to play in one of our favourite venues at Full of Fun in Malaga. Children under 7 years of age will not be permitted entry to Lazerblaze and will therefore have to come to Full of Fun. Wednesday, July 8 Timezone The kids will be spoilt for choice today where they will have unlimited games for a full hour at Timezone. Thursday, July 9 Come spend the day with us for Altone’s own indoor jungle gym along with our very own bouncy castle for the day. We will also provide a sausage sizzle for the kids so be sure not to miss out on a fun and exciting day we have planned for the kids. Friday, July 10 Wildkidz Come enjoy a full day at WildKidz in Wangara, one of the largest indoor play centres in Perth! Enjoy the GIANT slides, bouncy castles, racing cars and much more. WEEK 2 July 13 to July 17 Monday, July 13 Morley Rollerdome The children will get to enjoy a 2 hour session at Morley Rollerdrome inclusive of their organized roller skating games. Tuesday, July 14 Ace Cinemas & Woodbridge Park Come watch ‘The Minions’ with us at Ace Cinemas in Midland followed by lunch at one of Perth’s top playground parks in Woodbridge. Wednesday, July 15 Super Sports Enjoy all of what Altone Park’s facilities has to offer with a range of different sport sessions organized and run by our very own Sport teachers here at Altone. The kids will get to participate in sports such as tennis, basketball, indoor soccer, badminton and athletics. Thursday, July 16 Landsdale Farm Landsdale farm welcomes us to spend the day learning about their animals at the farm. The children will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with animals such as alpacas, chickens, cows, donkeys, and much more! ProgramAltone Park Leisure Centre

Parent informationTime The Holiday Program will be open at 8am and all children must be collected by 6pm. Children must be at the centre by 9am as this is when the programmed activities commence and when transport for outings is scheduled to leave.

Age The holiday program is for children aged 5-12 years only (year 1 to year 7).

What to bring Children should wear comfortable clothing, enclosed shoes and bring a hat and sunscreen each day. They should also bring bathers and a towel each day. Please ensure that your child does not bring any toys or valuables as program leaders will not be held reponsible for lost items. No hat no play.

Excursions Children must be signed in by 9am or they may miss the bus. Children will always return to the centre by 4pm unless otherwise stated.

Lunch Children may purchase a ‘lunch special’. Otherwise they must bring morning and afternoon tea and a packed lunch and drink each day. A healthy lunch is preferred.

Program procedures Children must be signed in and signed out on each day of the program by an authorised person, otherwise they will not be admitted to the program.

Lost propertyLost property is collected at the end of each day and held in the lost property box. All lost property is kept until two weeks after the program and then is given to the appropriate charity. Enquiries regarding lost property can be directed to the program leaders.

MedicationAny medication that is to be administered to a child must be handed to the program supervisor for distribution. All medication must be clearly labelled with the child’s name and when it is to be taken. A medication authorisation form must be completed prior to the administration of the medication.

Please note: the Centre retains the right to change the program due to unforeseen circumstances.

EnrolmentEnrolments are not accepted unless accompanied by full payment. Enrolments will only be accepted over the phone using a current credit card. No enrolments will be accepted on the day of the outing. Please note the centre requires at least 24 hours notice of cancellation to be eligible for a refund.Parents - please allow at least 20 minutes to enrol your child.
