Goal: Create a network of engaged government offi cials, civic and community leaders, business leaders, entrepreneurs, planners and private citizens that cuts across geographic racial, ethnic and income and programmatic boundaries.

Objectives: Create effective communication tools. Develop and maintain active committees of diverse

stakeholders. Effectively engage residents in determining outcomes and

implementing recommendations.
