    Dear Julia

I have no internet of phone, nor will I to further allow Telstra to stand over andoppress me ever again, Government helped Telstra, not me.

When I raised the problem with Government they insisted I connect with satelliterather than existing copper as a solution to Telstra not standing over me.

See: http://www.broadband.notice.com.au/ particularly you should scroll to nearbottom to see: My Specific Compromising Request of Government to protectFarmers

Further:Labor allowed my JSP to remove my privacy rights and prevent me being able toattend the first month of my Tafe Web-design course through withdrawing transportassistance and Government helped the JSP, not me!Missing one month of course studies and not having home internet which others inthe class find essential, means I will not pass modules or receive qualification!Another question is how would I use and further develop skills without internetanyway.

Previously the AWU supported a cotton farm to sign us into an illegal work placeagreement and conditions leaving workers financially worse off, I raised the issueswith the AWU Rep, he was made aware and did not care.I worked very hard against Labor and several unions to restore workers rights, I wasassaulted by a union rep and hospitalised, I still suffer from the injuries inflicted.See bottom of my ALP profile: About me

Each of these issues against my rights were supported by the Government, I had toresolve these issues as best I could within my means.Labor has used every opportunity, claiming to of helped me when in fact all changesmade were instigated by me with mammoth efforts required, I have had manytragedies and not faring well in health as a result.

You have no idea how much I have done for Australia and its people and the cost tome, makes Government look pathetic if you consider I am a single person.

I have a building that has laid on the ground for years, not erected since myproblems with Telstra, its prefab and would take about a week to erect. I decidedwhen considering building that internet should be my first priority as without it thehouse would not be a home, now my building still lays on the ground to remind meof just part of what Telstra cost me.

I will not build now; I will not receive a certificate in web design.

Please pass this on for Julia Gillard to read one day, I do not want you to do anythingand I do not want to talk to more of your self prophecy staff.

If you help people for unselfish reasons one day someone might help you.RegardGary Looney
