Konica Minolta JT Workflow 6 provides a central point of control, including workflow automation as well as workload analysis. It is optimised for use in CRDs and in-house printshops of public institutions, universities and corporations, and provides an essential tool to minimise costs and maximise return on investment.

ESSENTIAL TOOL TOOPTIMISE OUTPUT MANAGEMENT

Using a job-ticket based print workflow, Konica Minolta JT Workflow 6 provides customers with a tool for easy and convenient ordering of print products. Print providers can route print jobs via the intranet directly from the source application to the printshops. There they can choose from a wide range of intelligent print functions to administrate all incoming jobs. Powerful Make-Ready functionality is included for professional job editing.

With its functionality related to templates and job tickets, JT Workflow 6 facilitates the automatic setup of devices and inline finishing and helps print providers configure and manage products automatically. Operators only need to do the setup once and make great time savings on repetitive prepress work forever after.

Additional Konica Minolta JT Workflow 6 options

JT Accounting Connector Integrates card payment systems (cash cards, prepaid cards, bonus systems) into any printing business. For instance, provides the combination of Konica Minolta JT Workflow 6 with the external Pcounter (control system) or SafeQ (Ysoft) accounting applications.

KEY FEATURES General

– Dashboard: The newly integrated dashboard helps keep track of orders and outstanding tasks. The calendar shows the orders by delivery date, order date, or print volume. An overview of recent and new orders as well as orders in progress is also provided.

– MIS/ERP integration: Via a CSV file, print data can be exported from the application to MIS and ERP systems.

– Status tracking: Customers can easily be informed that their order has arrived and can be kept advised of the status of their print job. Operators simply choose from a list of work steps and corresponding status types that they want to work with. All they need to do is create a suitable e-mail message for each one. The messages are then generated and sent to customers automatically.

Print policies and rules – Create individual user roles: define user roles and

grant the rights which are needed for this role, so it‘s completely flexible.

– Rules for jobs: create rules to automatically assign jobs to an operator to automate the workflow and reduce the number of human touches.

Product based job processing

– User accounts for operators: operators use their account to log in at the JT Workflow Server and at any JT Workstation. So it’s always visible who is working on which job.

– Collaboration: all JT Workstations are connected to the server and sharing one job list.

– System settings: users are informed via email about the current status.

– Email settings: reports are created directly at the JT Workflow Server.
