AUM Definition Assets Under Management (“AUM”) – refers to the investments we manage or with respect to which we have control, including capital we have the right to call from our investors pursuant to their capital commitments to various funds. During the first nine months of the calendar year, we invested $740.8 million across 26 new and 17 existing companies. The weighted average yield on new debt investments was 12.4%.
During the first nine months of 2012(1), we sold select investments and reduced leverage without materially sacrificing net investment income. We are focused on improving portfolio yield without compromising relative risk.
