TENNIS ELBOW, ALSO CALLED LATERAL EPICONDYLITIS, IS A DISCOMFORT OR PAIN AROUND THE OUTSIDE PART OF YOUR ELBOW.

SYMPTOMS OF TENNIS ELBOW:-
pain and tenderness
weakness
Swelling
Tingling or numbness
Restrict the movement of the elbow
WHAT YOU CAN DO????? Immediately following your injury,
you should
o Rest
o Apply ice
oCompression
oElevation
PHYSIOTHERAPY OF TENNIS ELBOW:- Cold therapy or Cryotherapy Heat pack application Ultrasound Manual muscle stretching Joint mobilization Range of motion exercises Flexibility exercises Strengthening exercises General conditioning exercises Patient education Recommend brace if necessary Work or sport-specific rehabilitation

HOW WE PREVENT TENNIS ELBOW:- Stretching and warm up
Following the proper technique of playing

Avoid over use of joint
Increased elasticity
