El Servei d’Ocupació de Catalunya (SOC), la Xarxa EURES i la Universitat Politècnica de
Catalunya (UPC) organitzen dues jornades de selecció de professionals del Sector TIC que
tindran lloc al Campus Nord de la Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, els dies 16 i 17 de
novembre.
Empreses de la Regió d’Öresund (entre Dinamarca i Suècia), Estònia (Skype) i Alemanya,
entrevistaran professionals del sector per cobrir les seves ofertes de treball. En algun dels
casos, assessors EURES d’aquests països faran les entrevistes en nom de les empreses.
La data límit per enviar candidatures és el 12 de novembre de 2012.
Les persones candidates preseleccionades per a les entrevistes per les empreses seran
contactades per EURES Barcelona per organitzar la data i hora d’entrevista.

Principal Software Engineer and Architect ‐ Media Transport and Topology
The Core Library team at Skype is looking for passionate, team‐oriented and self‐motivated software
engineer to help us to improve media transport and topology area.
Media transport has huge effect on audio and video call quality perceived by end users. By improving
this area your work will have big positive impact on millions of Skype users experience. As Principal
Software Engineer you would be responsible technical design decisions, architecture choices and acting
as technical leader for the team. You would also contribute as developer in chosen components. Your
work will involve both topology components based on C#/.NET technology in Azure cloud environment
and cross platform C++ media transport code. You will closely cooperate with Audio, Video and Calling

Team is seeking for an enthusiastic and motivated Quality Engineer (QE), who will be involved in Skype product
delivery from A to Z (with main focus on Web technologies). Range of activities for the job includes test planning,
