Each year, dedicated athletes looking to make the jump to the
NFL choose Athletes’ Performance. Their goal: Prepare for the
biggest job interview of their life, the NFL Combine, and their
first year as an NFL rookie. Utilizing the integrated Athletes’
Performance training system, athletes push themselves daily to
reach new levels of performance. The dedication of the athletes
we’ve supported has allowed them to achieve great success at
the Combine and during their first NFL season. Our athletes are
consistently high draft picks and, in many cases, are selected
higher than originally expected. Their hard work continues
to pay off as they win Rookie of the Year awards and other
accolades during their first NFL season.
Athletes’ Performance has been honored to support the
success of these athletes throughout the years as they trained
and prepared for the NFL Combine and season “The Athletes’
Performance Way.”
And just as we have for the 459 drafted athletes who have
trained at Athletes’ Performance, our integrated team of
specialists will do everything possible to support your goals and
needs throughout your NFL Draft journey. We look forward to
having you join the Athletes’ Performance family!

THE ATHLETES’ PERFORMANCE WAY
When you look at the history of
athletes that came here to prepare for
the NFL Combine and the success
they had, it was an easy decision to
train here and be a part of it. Athletes’
Performance gave me a great plan
to work off of, including training,
recovery, nutrition, and even Wonderlic
prep. I tried to put 100 percent effort
into it each day, and I learned a lot.”

SPEED TRAINING
Athletes’ Performance coaches focus on developing the proper technique to maximize linear and multidirectional speed, helping you find that extra gear for the 40-yard dash, 3-cone drill, and 20-yard shuttle.
From developing strength and power in the weight room to fine-tuning every part of your running technique, our coaches will use the latest video capture technology to help you identify ways to run faster, move quicker, and drop those extra tenths and hundredths of a second at the Combine and your Pro Day.
Working with the Athletes’ Performance team
and getting my speed down has really helped
me. They show a lot of technique, taking your
ability and then applying technique to it. I feel
much faster and the different techniques have
really improved my speed a lot.”
A.J. Green, WR, 2011 #4 overall pick, Cincinnati Bengals – 4.50s 40-yard dash at 2011 Combine
Athletes’ Performance did a great job of preparing
me and giving me knowledge so I could get
better. They work with each guy individually and
are always available for you to get better. If you
want to be the best you can be and want to learn
a lot so you can help yourself throughout your
career, this is where you come.”

POSITION-SPECIFIC TRAINING
While our short-term goal during training is to ensure your best performance at the Combine, our long-term goal is to help set you up for success in the NFL. Working with former NFL players and coaches, you’re exposed to position-specific training to help you excel in Combine drills while learning valuable tips for success in the NFL. By working with both Athletes’ Performance coaches for strength, power, and movement efficiency, and with skills coaches, you receive the best in preparation for Indianapolis and your first training camp.
PosITIon CoAChInG Led By hALL of fAMeR WARRen Moon
NFL legend and Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon has joined the Athletes’ Performance team as Director of Football Development and will be directing the position-specific coaching for athletes across the Athletes’ Performance facilities during their Combine preparation. Moon played 17 NFL seasons, was a 9-time Pro Bowler, 3-time All-Pro, and a former Offensive Player of the Year. Moon has had tremendous success both at the collegiate and professional level, a combination that isn’t common in the current coaching market. Moon’s understanding of how to attain success makes him the ideal fit for Athletes’ Performance and our commitment to athlete development.
PosITIon TRAInInG WITh fBu
Warren Moon will also lead a team from fBu (football university), which has the nation’s largest roster of former NFL players and coaches to support players in preparation for their position-specific drills at the Combine and Pro Days and teach them valuable tips and skills for success during their NFL careers. FBU is the official provider of technical football development for Athletes’ Performance, and their coaches will also focus on chalk talk and film review needed to make the successful transition from college to the pros.
Athletes’ Performance is a competitive advantage. It focuses on physical
and mental preparation, as well as proper nutrition. If you come here, you
have a chance to train with the best and be coached by the best. It’s up to
you to decide if you want to be the best. If you’re a top athlete, this is the

PHYSICAL THERAPY
As you finish your collegiate career, there will be injuries small and large that you’ll finally have the time to properly recover from without needing to worry about getting ready for the next game. Our staff of rehabilitation experts, including physical therapists, athletic trainers, massage therapists, and chiropractors, ensure that your rehabilitation plan is carefully planned and created in conjunction with our coaching and nutrition staff.
Our team also ensures that you’re mentally prepared for the Combine medical evaluations, considered one of the most important parts of the Combine. You’ll be prepared for all of the tests you’ll undergo and for how to best answer questions about your injury history.

My experience at Athletes’ Performance has been wonderful. I don’t believe
that there is another facility in the country that could have integrated my
rehab and workout programs the way they have done here. I believe this
is definitely one of the best training facilities in the country and would
recommend it to anyone who is looking to improve themselves.”
Sam Bradford, QB, St. Louis Rams, 2010 #1 overall pick and 2010 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year
After my injury, I knew where I needed to go. My
main goal was to get my knee right, and I feel
like I’m better and stronger today because of my

As you prepare for the Combine and your Pro Day, nutrition plays a key role in fueling your performance and helping you achieve a body composition that passes the eyeball test for coaches and scouts. Whether you need to add muscle and weight or decrease body fat while maintaining strength and muscle, our integrated nutrition team will create a science-based and personalized nutrition plan that will help you reach your goals.
Utilizing pre-workout supplements, post-training protein shakes, and on-site meal options, our nutrition team works with you and your agent to ensure that all programming is based around helping you reach your ideal weight.
When I came to Athletes’ Performance, I weighed only 178 lbs after never
really having a weight lifting or nutritional program in college. The integrated
rehabilitation, nutrition, and training programs at Athletes’ Performance
changed my body completely. I weighed in at 203 lbs at my Pro Day and
was still clocked as fast as 4.22s.”
Taiwan Jones, RB, Oakland Raiders, 2011 NFL fourth-round pick
I picked up 15 extra pounds since my last playing game, while cutting my
body fat, and got faster and a better burst of speed. It’s tremendous. You
can’t ask for a better program or a better system to get you ready to perform
at your best at the biggest interview you can have.”
