傳送的 frame rate 可以由使用者在命令列的參數作調整 , 大約每秒送 15 張
H.264 Video Bitstream 之 NAL unit 與 RTP 關係One NAL unit in one RTP packet
One slice in one NAL unit
One frame 只有一個 slice
基本上每個 RTP Packet 傳送一個 frame

實際在 Versatile 上接收 streaming 並且解碼 (ARM+PACDSP) 、顯示的效能
共需花 43 秒實際播放速率: 450/43 = 10.5 frames/sec每秒消耗 : 1,072,094/43 = 25 K bytes/sec
