1. SFIS Business Rules2. Alignment of the Posting Chart of Accounts to the DoD Standard Chart of Accounts for

Reporting3. Posting Logic in accordance with the DoD USSGL Transaction Library (and Tie Points)4. DDRS Trial Balance5. SFIS Compliant Interfaces (with SLOA data elements)6. Issue a Compliance Report

• Multi-year approach:– First year: Full validation– Subsequent years: Follow up on findings and assess new requirements

• The test results will provide better assurance, as part of a PCA’s Defense Business Council funds certification process, that systems are meeting audit readiness goals, are complying with the Business Enterprise Architecture’s latest version
