This is the joint communique agreed during the Ministerial Political Dialogue Meeting between the European Union (EU) and the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC), which was held in Luxembourg on 27 October. The SADC, created in 1992, comprises 15 Southern African States (Angola, Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe)
