WHAT WE DOOur success is founded on our people. We are an organisation of truly specialist

Working exclusively across the insurance, banking, financial services and professional

services markets, our technical knowledge and research-led approach is what makes

I founded Eames Consulting Group in 2002 with a very clear vision. It was to become the leading

recruitment and search firm in our chosen specialist markets, whilst delivering an exceptional customer

experience to our candidates and clients.

At the moment we are seeing large database driven firms operating at the more junior end of the

market, and search entities focusing on 'C' suite appointments. This leaves an opportunity in the mid to

senior layers, which we occupy. It allows us to deliver a seamless, consultative approach to human

capital needs, o�ering the most appropriate methodology without being constrained by capability.

We work in true partnership with our clients, o�ering a high level of service supported by market

leading research. As such we have enjoyed consistent growth, even during the recent economic

uncertainty, and importantly have gained an impressive and loyal client and candidate following.

2014 was an important year for us as a business, exceeding £20million in turnover, more than doubling

our number of contractors, being recognised for the 4th consecutive year in the Recruiter Hot 100- a

list of the UK’s fastest growing recruitment companies, launching Finance and Wealth Management

divisions, and opening our third international o�ce in Hong Kong. As we kick o� 2015 on a real

high-note, we are still focused on bringing quality talent into the business to join us on our journey.
