TRAINING AND ON-GOING SUPPORTWe provide a comprehensive training program that consists of both classroom education and on-the-job training for our franchisees. We also provide grand opening support as well as continuing support thereafter.

REAL ESTATE One of the most important decisions you will make as a Little Caesars franchisee is selecting a site for your restaurant. Our experienced real estate team will work with you to assist you in locating the site for your business. Once a site is selected, our Architecture and Design team goes into action. Little Caesars is a fun, family-oriented chain, and the design of our restaurants reflects that image to our customers and community.

FRANCHISE COSTS & PROCESSLittle Caesars has standard financial requirements and as with any business, capital is needed to develop a Little Caesars location. The total investment is approximately $245,000 to $410,000. To qualify, you will need a minimum of $100,000 in unencumbered cash or cash equivalent, a net worth of $250,000 and a clear credit history.

The steps and timing to complete the franchise process with Little Caesars is largely dependent on the level of urgency and aggressiveness of the applicant being considered.

Step 4: After your plan is reviewed we will schedule a Franchisee Interview and thereafter a Discovery Day.

Step 5: Upon completion of your Interview and Discovery Day, you will be notified if you have or have not been approved to become a Little Caesars franchisee.

Step 6: Once approved, Little Caesars franchisees are required to attend a real estate training and site selection class. They are also required to attend a six-week training
