We have evaluated three SD-OCT machines in both research and clinical settings and will summarize our experience thus far. With respect to the use of OCT in retina, clinical trials both in the management of macular edema, such as diabetic macular edema, and age-related macular degeneration, have proven the benefits of treatments based on changes in OCT. The use of OCT in these conditions will be reviewed.

Corneal Computer Analysis Seminar: VailThis workshop will describe different instruments and approaches to corneal modeling. Different applications of these modeling instruments will be discussed. Clinical approaches and diagnostic criteria will be presented in case format.

Diagnostic and Patient Evaluating for Refractive Surgery Seminar: VailReview of pre-operative corneal imaging and surgical planning to ensure positive outcomes in refractive surgery.
