• Children must be walked in and out of the Centre and signed in and out.
• Time of arrival and departure have to be recorded.
• Children MUST be at the Centre 30 minutes before the excursion departure time.

OUT OF SCHOOL CARE SCHEDULE OF FEES Before school care $16.50 per session After school care $25.50 per session Vacation Care $62.00 per session $40.00 per half session – 7.00 am to 12.30 pm or 12.30 pm to 6.00 pm Sibling discount of 20% of the relevant fee applies to the fees of the second or subsequent child from the one family enrolled in the program, in the same session and with one fee account. The Child Care Benefit is paid by the Commonwealth to the School. Families must apply to Centrelink to have their eligibility for the Child Care Benefit assessed. The assessment then needs to be forwarded to the School by each family for the children attending the Out of School Care Program. The Child Care Benefit cannot be applied to the fees until this information is received by the school.

EXCURSION INFORMATION
Dear Parents/Guardians, During the Vacation Care Programme from Thursday 6 December to Friday 21 December 2018 and from Monday 7 January to Friday 1 February 2019 the following excursions will be available for attending children. The children will be travelling by bus. Please note: On excursion days children are required to wear white school sport shirts, sport shoes and HATS. You will need to supply your child with packed picnic recess, lunch and drink bottle.

MORNING TEA AND LUNCHTIME PICNIC
Please be advised that your child will need to bring his or her own MORNING TEA and LUNCHTIME PICNIC every day during Vacation Care. Morning tea and lunch will not be provided by the Centers. Afternoon tea will be provided. Please remember that food containing nuts or nut traces are not allowed on the school premises at any time.
DRESS POLICY
Neat Casual Dress For any School Program run by John Septimus Roe Anglican Community School that requires casual dress, we ask you to ensure that your child’s clothing is modest, neat, casual and non-offensive. The Out of School and Vacation Care Programs are no exception to this request. The following guidelines for casual dress must be followed: Shirts/tops must not be low cut or revealing, and must be long enough to cover the midriff and meet the lower clothing line.
Dresses or skirts must be of modest length.
Shirts, tops or tee shirts must cover both shoulders. For safety reasons it is recommended that students wear sports shoes, school shoes, or a flat shoe, which is similar in style to either of these. Under no circumstances are students permitted to wear shoes with heels or platforms higher than 3cm.
For safety reasons covered footwear must be worn. Sandals of the school uniform style may be worn.
Shirts with unacceptable/offensive slogans are not permitted.
Make-up and coloured hair spray are not permitted.
Hats must always be worn when outdoors. NO HAT, NO PLAY OUTDOOR.
